Large nos used to be 24 sec 100 cap, now 12 sec 100 cap
Med nos used to be 12 sec 30 cap, now 6 sec 30 cap
small nos used to be 6 sec 8 cap, now 3 sec 8 cap
i fly mostly nos drones ships so...

I believe you're mixing the nosferatu and the neutralizer. The neut has a 24 sec cycle time.

eh no, im not heavys have been 24 and meds been 12 seconds for as long as i can remember :(

you might be confusing nos with neuts. i believe neuts are 24 seconds where as as far back as i can remember nos have been 12.
