The Wizz117	Posted - 2006.04.03 16:25:00 - [1] is there any news on them? i heard theyr details where in new eve magazine now ofcourse this is marketing stratagie to get us buy it but im not going to fall for it and i found it lame. so could any one who has eve magazine if the details are in it? if so what are the details? i heard cal get a railgun boat, finaly caldari get a mining ship and might be able to use it in pvp wit nosf and neutralizers ( ofcourse where not going to fit any railguns at all cost ) /note that most caldari pilots are raven specialized and have 4 milion sp in missiles or way more and 400K in gunnery like me. tough i got caldari bs V so i need to use that cal bs couse im hoping it get a defence-ship bonus. there are ofcourse exeptions on caldari pilots wo started skiling up railguns even after they flew the merlin and kestral and moa and caracal and still thinking railgun skilling would be good thing

I guess I'm one of the exceptions. I have 4.5mill in Gunnery and 180k in missiles D: Been hoping for a railgun BS for awhile. I fly a railboat Ferox and a Megathron right now.

Seems to be the only Caldari class lacking one is the BS class. Now all the missile users are ****ed off because they think the tier 3 will be "omfghaxxorz" better than the Raven but will be a railgun boat, and they are too lazy to get off their arses to skill up with some hybrids. Someone give me a good reason why Gunnery users such as myself should get the shaft so missile users can get a second BS missile boat. I fail to see any. ---------- And God said... I believe it's right that Caldari should get a railgun platform BS styleee, but not necessarily aimed at trying to be more powerful than the Raven. A Caldari/Rail platform resembling the Geddon for example would be a reasonable idea (obviously with adjusted slot layouts, bonuses etc).
