i need some sleep. i suggest you read the thread while i'm asleep. maybe you'll learn something
Then I need someone from CCP to tell me that if I buy a GTC on the forums from someone who delivers a bogus code, that no action will be taken against that player, and I will not recieve my ISK back.
From reading the rules, and many posts, this is not the impression I have...
Lemme try bold, AND caps.

PROVE IT
Since GM discussions are not allowed to be posted on the forums, "proving" such a statement is impossible unless you take the initiative and email the mods

Unfourtunately, in this instance a fellow participant has chosen to believe that he is always right even in the face of logic and reason. Thus I'm going to bed. ______________________

I read 2 replies.
If the item was bought/auctioned or you made a bid in the forums he cannot scam you. The only place scamming will work is if it is a market transaction, escrow, or he talked you into giving him cash before he delivered IN GAME
If he did any of the above in the forums, it is my understanding and experience that he is not allwoed to do that.
This was probably covered in the multitude of posts, but I don't read past 1 page.
