Hello folks,
The Eve folder on my hard drive is now 18.9 GB in size. It's more than twice as large as my OS. Is this normal on a Windows 7 x86 platform? If it grows much larger, I'll have to repartition the drive. Would un/reinstalling the program reduce the size (for now...)?
Cheersomeness,
Cholly. |

My fresh install is 12.5 Gigs. Check the Eve folder for .patch files. You should be able to delete them. |

Curious fact: your hard drive weighs the same when it's empty as it does when it's full. *signature is not allowed on the EVE Online forums* |

How the **** does this have to do with a 500 pound baby!?!?!?!
Unless you consider your harddrive your baby...and it cost you 500 pounds.. then maybe..MAYBE it qualifies, but seeing as you didn't mention that being the case, im assuming this was supposed to be about a woman squeezing a hilariously large child out of her clown hole... and that aint happening in this thread either.... Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings? |

The headline got my question resolved in minutes. Use of the particular simile connotes the effort required for the care and feeding of a frequently obstreperous computer. Absent a forum category specifically dealing with such minor technical issues, seemed like 'general discussion' was ok. 'Clown hole'? Really?
Thus endeth the message.
