When looking at setting up a POS in hi sec space, players see all they need in regard to skills and standings etc, then once adequately skilled, and standings are gained, they then have to search for a moon that DOES NOT have a POS already deployed. THIS is where the problems come in, its virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find a moon without a POS as so many players have taken to anchoring a POS at the moon and NOT onlining it, then they leave it and dont use it, its ONLY there to stop OTHER players putting up a POS. THAT is all wrong and needs to be addressed by the devs as it is seriously taking away some of the game play that is available to all in the game, IE having your own structure and perhaps carrying out invention etc. (trying to find a NPC station to do anything but manufacture is a complete waste of time, if i wanted to pour over lists and scroll endlessly through them to be pissed off in the end because NONE are available, i would have got an office job) What im trying to say is, a lot of gameplay is denied a lot of people because they have no access to labs etc. I suggest a solution to the offline POS's in HI SEC....make them decay, make it so they have to be repaired with nano paste perhaps or some other item, but MAKE IT COST to hog a moon with absolutely no intention of using it. Perhaps then there will be chances for younger pilots to get into the action and enjoy more gameplay. |

There already exists a mechanic which allows for removal of these offline towers you speak of - wardecs. Either wardec the offending party yourself and burn down the tower, or hire any of the many merc corps out there to do it for you.

war dec one of them and take out the pos; they cant online stuff not anchored with it being reinforced. Use imagination :D
To find moons that dont have a pos, use dscanner and probes around moons on the solar system map. |

Step 1: Make a pulse Oracle Step 2: Wardec the corp that has the moon you want Step 3: Hit F1 Step 4: Go AFK Step 5: Come back to either an empty moon or being in a station Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012. |
