I understand that Interceptors are primarily used for PvP. However, how capable are they are PvE and specifically doing Level 2 & 3 missions? How about 0.0 ratting?
I want to use the crow for missions while I train up the skills to make the Crow a PvP ship and the skills for a Raven BS for Level 4 missions.
Projected Fitting:
High:
3x Arbalest Missile Launchers
1x 125mm Gauss I w/ Antimatter
Medium:
1x Cold Arc AB
2x Small Shield Extender II's
1x Webifier
Low:
2xPDU II
1xMAPC
Thoughts?

I would say forget about it. Lvl2 is doable for sure but a waste of money (risk/reward) and lvl3 contains to many cruisers. Not sure about the AB - think your speed isn't high enough to avoid missiles. But I guess the biggest problem is the damageoutput/needed ammo.

If I remember right I did all the pre-RMR lvl 2 missions is a Crow. Its not the best ship but it worked.
There a a few lvl 3s I could see doing in a Crow but its definetly the hard way.

All L2 are easily doable in a crusader...
Why a crusader and not a crow?
You never need ammo so you don't need fire discipline... You can orbit structures you have to pop and fire without reloading...
You have crystals for range, and all t1 frigs in l2 missions are vuln to thermal...
With a crow, right away you are going to have 'recover Xm3" missions, and then your cargo hold won't be big enough... |

It looks like you are doing what I did with my setups at first. Drop the shield extenders (especially for missions) and use mission specific shield manipulators. Nice missile launchers though...
Risk is way to high when you can hop in an 8ml dollar fitted caracal and easily do lvl2's
