Origin Systems is Recruiting
Who are we?
We are primarily an industrial Corporation, who are breaking slowly into PVP.
We are also a member of the Knights of the Southerncross Alliance, and we live in Wicked Creek.
What do we do?
We mine both Ice and Ore (As much Bistot, Arkanor or Mercoxit as you can mine), we build most T1 ships and mods and slowly pushing into T2 production, we hunt NPCs (Plenty of angel rats to kill), and we fight.
What can we offer you?
We offer a friendly environment in which to go about your adventures and exploits in EVE, there is almost always something going on, so feel free to join in whenever you like, or if we arenÆt doing something you enjoy doing, then start a gang, and ask in Corporate chat and we will be happy to join in with you.
As long as you are willing to join in with us as much as possible, we are willing to offer you the fun and excitement of life in 0.0 space, giving you the chance to experience the challenges of deep space.
We also endeavor to help members to progress with advice and tips on skill training and setups, we also endeavor to help members build any ships they require as long as we have the ability to do so.
We can also offer you the chance to try out Alliance life, allowing you to join in with Fleet operations (small gangs and 50 member plus fleets), Gate camps and other exciting adventures. We have a very friendly team out here, always happy to welcome a new face, and help out where possible.
We also have a corporate Forum at Origin.zapto.org, and use of Teamspeak via our alliance.
What time zones do we operate in?
The majority of our players are from the UK and Europe, but we are happy to accept people from other areas, including the US. As far as location is concerned, we are an equal opportunities Corporation.
What do we expect from you?
First and foremost, we are primarily a 0.0 corporation, which means that ideally you need to be able to fly a T1 frigate or higher proficiently, and we usually expect you to have been playing a month or two, though this will be looked at from a case by case basis, so as to give everyone a fair chance.
Second, we need you to be able to join in with as many Corporate activities as you can, if you help us, we can help you to be all you can be in EVE.
Third, we need you to be able to follow instructions, whether they are over TS or in Corporate/Alliance chat.

You have 3 options now:
1)Contact me, or Quacktar in-game, either by EVEmail or by personal conversation.
2)Make a post here in this thread or on our forums at Origin.zapto.org and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.
3)Come to one of our offices and apply.

Out of topic, but gosh, how I loved Origin Systems when I was a kid - dreaming of one day working in their Wing Commander series.

I have gotten to know SolarKnight over the last few months now, and he really is a great guy, who has spent time in the V alliance as another character and corp mate.

Hey guys!
Im a new player to EVE, just through my trial period, and looking for a corporation that could slack my thirst for PVP.
Im already tired of repeatedly running agent missions alone, and although i havent tried much mining yet, i know its not my play style and it wont be something i would enjoy.
I want to learn the PVP aspects of this game and rather than going around ratting my first 2 months i'd like to jump into action and teamplay as fast as possible.
Now im not sure how much use i could be to your corporation in my Tech I Punisher frigate and about 340k skillpoints.. but that is the part for you to decide. =]
Im 24, living in Stockholm, Sweden (GMT+2). I would be playing EVE probably 10-12 hours per week - depending on the weather, work, exams and occasional partying or whatnot.
So if you are interested, drop me a line ingame - be it convo or evemail.
