Hello there,
I was thinking last days that nowdays bigger ships get destroyed 2 quickly in my eyez... I mean, meh... I remember when I've started EVE ONLINE and I saw Abaddon Battleship or/and Maruder's/Dred's ships I was like they are beasts and.... "damn I can't wait till I get these big ships.... it takes months, but it will be worth for sure... - they must be tanky as hell, and it will take a lot of pplss to take it down... but we all know it is... We take down marduers such as Paladin's with 3-4 dps ships such as 2x T3 and one HAC.... Thats kinda... Sad... Ships big as Marduers etc, worth of 2 + b dies so easy with "decent" fit... I think such ships should take lot more effort to kill....
What's your point of view on this?? What do you think? You think it's okay such ships dies by other two/three ships? Share your comments, I am curious....

While I agree that the eHP gap between ship sizes should be larger, it won't happen. By keeping the ships closer together CCP allows newer players to be at less of a disadvantage to older players. |

Bigger and more expensive does not mean "better."
As for increasing EHP... the last time CCP did this was a few years ago. All ship HP was increased 50%. What happened was...
- blobbing increased to compensate for the extra HP - solo and very small gang warfare became more difficult (because of the last point) - ships died just as quickly overall Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective. |

Is three to four ships working together not considered enough to bring down a single subcap now?
How many should it take? |

Well... Personally I think that disadvantage to older players should look like this:
Newer players jump into tackler's/sentinels/ webbers/e-war etc and smaller ships as these ships were buffed last changes.... So within time [months] they would advance from a simple tackler/kamikazee in Sabre etc. into a beast in a big ship at least somethinh like Abaddon or other BS with big gunz/big dmg and big tank within months of playing... :} |

Send this question to CCP, personally I think not 3-4 for sure... I remember when I saw first two titan kills 5-6 years ago by 60 man fleet I think that was ok, 60 ppls in smallers ships such as bc/bs vs two big ones worth like 100bilion ISK's, it like 20 min to take them two both down and they killed some nice ships in this fleet - I think it was "fair" :} them both dealt like 3-5 b isks' damage but they were only two I thnik they got some bs's... |
