Ok so the Devs felt like sorting the Implant
Issues....only a select few were able to get the implants (and sell them for jacked up prices)
Feel free to fix the Miner2 issue which hasnt been addressed for 2 MONTHS...
2 OR 3 DAYS and you sort implants....
Feel free to browse the forums...if i was a select few i could be trading my miner2s for implants or the other way round...
Jesus fix the unfairness...
I aint asking for free miner2s or free implants but you levelled the field regarding Implants...why not miner2s?...
At least get some more unlimited BPs out there so theres actually "compition" and not one corp sellin em(as far as i know only techell sell them)
God i post this all the time...
and ill keep posting til you sort it...

Noone paid for implant BPs. There are no implant BPs.
Everyone can get an agent. Everyone COULD get a M2 BP, if they had/have the money.

Implants come from missions.
Or are you unable to do missions for some reason?
Thus they are available for anyone. CCP have been saying for months that unique items will be available through agents, so you cant moan that some of use took a week to get level 3 agents can you.

On a semi-plus note: Miner II bp/item slots have been added to the npc market. They're still showing 'none', but usually when you see those slots pop up it normally means they'll put them in soon. How soon, God knows. I know it ain't much

all Techell members should be Podded on site...
my anger for the owners of the Miner 2 BP's runs deep!

No they can't. Miner 2 blueprints were handed out. They were never for sale. And those handed out are unlimited copies which can't be copied either.

Actually Techell arent the only Miner 2 corp several have them ... also I know some ppl who have found a Miner 2 bp drop off an NPC pirate the other day.

I'd like to get a lvl 3 agent but I'm stuck at 15 missions for my lvl 2 agent because the f*cking pirates didn't drop any VIP's and I have to wait 2 and a half hours for the mission to fail.
what a joke.
Don't s'pose anyone has some VIP's going spare?

Well im at work and checked in on my post...
As to update the issue and bump it back up...
Edit : They changed the implant missions as only a select few could get them at first(therfore they could charge what they want. I only used this as an example against the Miner2s as they are still an issue that needs addressed
I know Implants are got from Agent missions.And sure it gives me an incentive to do them as the rewards could be worth it now...Of course sitting for 3 or 4 days to get anywhere near it though doesnt appeal. as most peeps say or ive read the missons suck and are boring as hell.(cant be that much worse than mining..of course depends on how many broken systems on the way to do a mission.)
As for the Miner2 BPs im sure there was 2 Unlimited copies from the jovian art directors mistake from early on(miner5 given to player sold to TTI and swapped for 2 miner2 BPs)
There have been a few miner2 copies limited to 100 runs(5 of them from event in yulai I and a lot of people missed)
As for any found in the jovian conquest crap which involved ouria i have no idea(im think Evolution corp has a miner2 BP which is used internally for there corp and one of the big alliances.)
So lets review that...2 given away to cover a mistake (sure techell now has these 2)
5 from event which have more than likely been evaporated now as they were limited...
And any from the ouria campaign...In effect as i see it the only miner2s for sale are techells ones (as most of the ones for 3 to 5 million are people selling techell ones on)
God im so annoyed now...Why not ram a load of the BPs on the market (unlimited) real expensive and anyone can buy them and actually force techell to have some competion and not ask for Megacyte for miners (great leverage tool that.
Anyone (in theory) can sit and do missions
But no one can go buy a miner2 BP or BPcopy...
feel free to address this along with CTDs,roid respawns,stuck systems,the friend bar that tells you when friends are there or not How can this work at first,go bust next patch, and two or three patches later still not fixed but a shiny new mailbox)...
Try fixing the old b4 you **** with new stuff

Actually techell cuts down the prices, if it wasnt for them, you'd still be paying 5 mil for miner2

True but with a little more competion we might all be paying 1 million or even 500k each...
as everyone knows they only cost 40k in minerals to build...
Once the price falls on miner2s they can introduce through Pirate loot drops(as im sure they are harder now) New improved Mining lasers which can be jacked up a la CU vapor days.

Yes, because time spent is always free.
Level 3 agents were no laughing matter to come by, as I'm sure some of you have come to learn. All the while you get pretty pathetic returns on your time (versus mining, chain spawn killing or trading).
Nobody ever hear of OPPORTUNITY COSTS?

Also, let me just say paying 50M for an implant is a hell of a lot different than paying 3-5M for a Miner II. Especially considering you can make 5M with a Miner II in a few days (if that).
For most people, making the amount of ISK people are charging for implants would take longer than getting the implants themselves.
Solution: Buy miner IIs and do agent missions. All your problems will melt away!

I wish they where cheap cause iam at 9 perception ( at level 4 learning skills ) and ijust WISH i could get it higher, and now the implants came and hey what do u know 50M!!!! Thats a battleship! Guess iam stuck with sloooooow skill trianing

I sold my implant on the market for 7.5 million. I felt it was a fair price for the work it took me to get it.

I can't help but chuckle to myself as I watch 1,000 people trying to race through their agent missions 
50M is no longer a valid price, either. 25M seems about the highest, and, due to the usual throat-cutting of prices, it's dropping insanely fast.

Occasionally, you can find them in trade -> passengers. People sell them, often for rediculous prices, but still, you can buy them.

They *are* cheap. I got four yesterday, at a cost of between zero and 50k. Anyone who's willing to fork over actual ISK's to buy one evidently can't fit any more ISK in their fire to burn, it must already be overflowing.
