I have tryed to petition this but i cant create the support account:

My drone bay, in overview, does not work.
The text "you have 0 of 5 drones in space" and the two arrows pointing up are beneath the main overview frame and does not respond to mouse click.
I tryed to make a shortcut to open overview but that does not work either.
I have docked at a station, changed ships, changed drone types or used no drones, tryed ships with no drones and then switched back to a drone ship but
nothing works. I have restarted the client and then restarted windows but nothing changes.
I am mostly flying Gallente ships so it is a real handycap not beging able to use drones in fights.
The drone bay borked at 01:32 eve time, yes i looked at the clock in bottom left corner.
I was fighting an ospray and myself in a thorax.
Any help is very much apprechiated.

two corp mates who were in a gang with me just had it happen. They're in other sytems from me, but it's happening to them.

Corp mate fixed this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I am having a problem of the same sort. I can click on the arrows of my drone bay but when the menu opens, it basically isnt there. I need to resize the drone bay window but it is impossible to adjust. Is there any other way to fix this short of reinstalling the game?

Clear your cache, it fixed the problem for me. Remember to keep your settings!

I am afraid that I am not very computer savvy, how does one do this?

Close the Eve client.
Locate the cache folder directory
(should be in ) C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\cache
Delete each folder EXCEPT the "Settings" folder
Delete any files in the directory EXCEPT prefs.ini
Try starting up the client again.

Ok I have done all of this but it has not fixed my problem, maybe i cant follow simple instructions, which is very likely the problem, but i am still left no fix. Am I left with reinstallation as the only problem? Or is there some way to adjust the menu size?
