Hi, I am on a Mac. The patch is not downloading. It gives the following error:
There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status: Unable to download file /590158/evepremiumpatch590158-mac.tgz from the server. Error: url //cdn1.eveonline.com/590158/evepremiumpatch590158-mac.tgz not found Do you want to go to support page?
When I click "Yes", it just exits the program. I'm not sure about where the support page is, or who I should ask for support, so apologies if this is the right place to ask.
Mac is running Version 10.6.8. Processor is 2.4GHz. RAM of 4GB
The previous version worked, so I think it is a patch problem.
Many Thanks, Antonio. |

Getting major stability problems, undocking caused the game to crash, as did checking out the model for the prospect ship. now that I am in space, cache clearing has not helped to sort out the crashing problem.
changing graphics setting to minimum doesnt help |

Same as above, client quits when undocking. Clones made by clonemaker get an exception at the login page then the client quits.

On undocking (or logging in in space):
"Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x0000001d at address 0x743b9d5c. Do you wish to debug it ?"
Logged in first time OK. Undocked and got variation of this error. Logged back in, in space. Same error. Moved Library/Application Support/EVE Online out of the way. Logged back in. Escape past intro movie. Same error.

Getting the same Exception Raised issues noted by others. Undocked and Eve crashed, now it won't let me back onto that character. However, I can log into the same account on another docked character.
Ran the Repair Tool, cleared cache, restarted in safe mode, etc. Have tried several times and the client hangs after log in, usually before or during appearance in local. I have three macs and it is happening on all three. One Power Mac and two iMacs, so I'm not sure this is a graphic card or hardware issue.
My usually Mac for playing Eve is: Processor 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory 64 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB

Is it my imagination or did the new patch completely break EVE on mac. Macbook Pro, latest OS Update. Last logged in yesterday. After this a.m. patch, now get Unhandled Page Fault right after character selection. Have reinstalled client, cleared cache. Hopefully this is being worked on. |

Update
I noticed that the vast majority of us were running 10.7.5, so I updated to mavericks and now the freeze has gone and EVE works normally.
Not for one minute saying that this will fix everyone's undock/freeze issue, but it foxed mine.

Sorry to pile on, but I'm also crashing at undock. My alt is active in station. But as soon as I tried to undock, I froze up and had t ocrash close and reboot the system. Now I'm technically stuck in space.
I'm operating Mac OS X Client
I get the following error -
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x0000001d at address 0x75a05d5c. Do you wish to debug it?
Mac OS X 10.7.5 2.4 ghz 8 gig ram
I can NOT upgrade to Mavericks at this time as I have other software I need for my day job which is not yet mavericks compatible. |

i have been holding off on Mavericks as i have never had any really issues with Eve, today with the patch, that all changed. i noticed that we all in this thread are running Lion - coincidence?
is anyone having this issue on Mavericks? or is everyone installing a Bootcamp partition?

I am experiencing this undock problem on my MAC OS X as well. Does anyone have any troubling shooting solutions they could run by me? I really want to fix this pesky problem and start playing EVE again. This undock error is extremely frustrating especially after deleting and reinstalling EVE online twice in hopes of finding a solution. Someone please help! -Jordan |

CCP is very aware of this issue and is working on a fix according to the main feedback thread. It is also plaguing Windows clients, though they're apparently freezing up in station, on undock, and on re-dock. FOr my part I have an alternate windows machine that worked just fine for re-docking but it's far from my main computer.
CCP did post that they're working on a fix and hope to have it out as soon as tomorrow. |

Hi,
to make it clear for me.
My System with the Problem is at 10.7.5. (Mac Pro).
i cannot upgrade to mavericks because it is not supported by apple because of 32 bit bios.
CCP statet that lion (10.7.5) will be minimum Release later this year..... |
