Discuss what you truly wish to see.
I would love to have 1) a viable sentry drone T3 2) T3's that fit large nuets/nos 3) Immunity stays 4) Subsystem cargo volume reduced 25% of current. 5) Buffs to active tank.

I would be perfectly happy if they didn't change a thing. I'm more worried they will try to nerf them than make them better. |

active tanks are already pretty strong on t3s, they will nerf more than they will buff them anyways. |

Let's not forget making capital reppers have the cycle time of their medium counterparts with cap consumption of the large ones. This is as nice as I get. Also, could they could add a sub that allows T3's to open jump bridges, then the avatar face for the legion would make sense. |

Love the way you think.
Take it a bit further, T3's can now open jump bridges to WH's down the chain. Adjoining WH = 1 T3 2 wh's down the chain= 3 ships 5 wh's down = 10 T3 jump bridges.
Due to the fact jumpfuel consumption is increasing by 50%, its totally balanced. |

Some of my predictions
1) Stronger AB bonus (Bagger will be pleased 2) 50% mwd sig reduction thing across all races 3) def sub buffer bonuses might be gone but there will be consistent resist bonuses across all races 4) Consistent electronic sub bonuses
- Minmatar - web + TP bonus
- Amarr - neut + 'some' range?
Fix the ecm tengu plz. Or make it less odd.
Consistency is the idea here
- no more 13km range HAM legions
- ogre-less proteus/amarr drone subs
- silly signature radius tanking defensive sub loki
you get the idea
Let's not forget that Fozzy and friends might want to add or remove module slots.
Due to upcoming some cruiser balance changes coming along as well (recon) it is difficult to see what T3s will get too. The Guns of Knowledge-á |

T3 marauder? T3 phoenix dread
or t3 pirate cruisers
t3 industrial / mining ships
Ok some serious ideas i seen elsewhere.
T3 modules with bonus to longer overheating would be a unique idea for modules imo.. T3 rigs perhaps wich could only be fit on t3 ships, salvage parts could be a mix of sleeper salvage and t2 salvage and t1 salvage?
T3 weapons and ammo, Im seeing alot of potential, but its prob something ccp wouldnt touch until when they finnished with the current rebalancing spree wich could be a few years down the line. T3 ammo could perhaps be a ammo that behaves very differently depending on special scripts that you got fit to your guns / launchers .. instead of having specific ammo for close / long range. |

I especially like those thoughts about buffer of all sorts. Else, they'd be free to be a bit weaker, cheaper and better round up against t1/t2/pirate :D "I honestly thought I was in lowsec"

I hope they make every subsystem useful, with bonus-slots combinations that make sense, allowing for many different yet viable fits, according to the new Empires' weapon choices (for example Amarr being mainly lasers and drones and Minmatar projectiles and missiles).
In fact, I think that's what CCP will do, according to their opinions on the matter and other previous rebalances. |

Since we are all traveling down bad idea alley, how about this:
Subsistems only dictate the ship bonuses/role bonuses and stats (cap ammount, armor HP shield HP, bandwith etc..) High/Med/Low slots can be configred in any way, out of a set pool. IE: Cruicer hulls have a maximum of 14 slots.
So you could have a combination like: H:1 M:5 L:8
With a limit of 8 slots per rack, With a minimum of 1 slot per rack, without leaving any unused slots.
AND you can set to have either 6 turret or missile or any combination of either for hardpoints, but only a max of 6
So with a set up of H:8 (Hardpoints Turret/Missile as: 6/0, 5/1, 4/2, 3/3, 2/4, 5/1, 0/6) M:2 L:4 You can only have 6 weapons, either turret or missile, in any combination, and 2 utilities.
Got cancer yet? This is as nice as I get. Best quote ever https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4137165#post4137165 |

Adoris, you are just on a roll with the bad ideas today aren't you?

Large Nos/Neut Legion? Sorry, they don't need to be Bhaalgorns.

From what I remember from Fanfest the Amount Of T3's used in WH would be summed up as a 'rounding error'
When the rebalance comes they wont be looking at what we feel is the primary use for them, more so as to the amount of Lvl 4's and null ratting they do. so they will be looking at them rather then us. twitter: @glasgowdunlop-á TDSIN Jnr Recruitment Officer : Join 'TDSIN pub' Glasgow Meet Organiser |

Did they never teach ccp devs that just because you can change it doesn't mean you should!?

I like them as they are, i really hope they don't nerf them.
I would like to see them getting some bounuses to the secondary e-war modules like a Legion with bonused tracking disruptor or a sensor damp Proteus.
They would be fun to fly in e-war heavy T3 fleets. |

Wouldn't the Amarr one be tracking disruptors and Prot be damps, my personal view is this would be OP as ****.
maybe having a 5th electronic sub so you could have one or the other recon bonuses Corbexx for CSM 9 - Wormholes deserve better |
