5x hvy missile
good from 0m to 150km

i wasnt spamming, i was merely adhereing to the fact that its evil to use wcs on anything less than a bs, and even then its wrong, rather use those slots for something more productive.

2x lrg shield extender II 1x 55% t2 photon scatt, 1x small gist a-type sb, 10mn AB II
1x power diag II, 1x dmg control II, 2x ballistic control II
if you want a scrambler, pick something to drop, speed or the ability to rep your shield.. could try to go passive, i guess, or just fly in a gang with intys for scrambling
you get about 9,000 shield in gang with this setup btw

not a bad setup. u could vary it by dropping the sb for a scramb or drop the scramb for another L extender, u get hi resistances and hp on ur shields.

Here's my setup. No scrambler as you can see, but replace something if you go solo. And naturally replace the more expensive mods with ones you can use. And yes I know no T2 launchers and rapid launch IV, I'm busy with dread skills.

(might need 1 or 2 named mods to fit)
Thats a set up I actually used for quite some time. Got A LOT of kills. Died finally to a gank squad of 15 incl HACs ceptors Rook (and a Rapier that I wasted b4 dieing 
This is of course a poor mans set up...
Ideally you d fit a small gist with 2 extenders, or extender and faction amp. And a gist 61% photon instead of the tech II. Dont forget to pack precisions if you are solo, dont forget to pack furies if you are in gang.
[Of course on principal people better not use them at all to drop the ^&$^ú^&ú**( prices)
