Is it worth going into ISK wise (Mothership, Carrier, Dreanough)? I imagine that Capital ships sells barely 5% over their inital cost, which seems stupid to me but people tend to whine if its much over since its tech 1.
Any opinions about it?

Its a lot of work involved. If you want to buy all the capital blueprints needed to make the ship, you would want to keep the blueprints build 24/7 and sell the surplus parts to other builders to maximize your profit.
Will be a good while before you recovered the cost of the investment and run with profit. Although dont need to buy all capital part prints yourself, as there is many out there who supply parts.

If you're prepared to wait at least 6-12 months to break even it may be worth it. My corp began Capital ship production in December last year after spending 30 bil + on all the BPO's. After churning out Carriers every 12 days, they're about halfway to break-even point. And has been mentioned, there's a lot of work involved with logistics too.
Capital ship production is a long-term venture when it comes to making a viable profit.

They sell at decent profits, but the barrier to entry is very high. There are many people doing it, and I wouldn't suggest getting into it personally.

Even the prints are just isk converted to assets, you wont really start feel you make any profit before the blueprints paid itself though. Like a couple carrier prints and all the parts prints required to build them kind of make a dent in the wallet.

If you're looking at it just as a business, it's a poor one to get into right now. There's a high entry cost, and the isk/hour ratio is OK but not that great. You have to make a huge up-front investment in time and isk to get your logistics set up and get in the marketplace with all the rest of us. Most of us have already paid off that investment, hence the 5% (or less) marginal profit.
People think they are commodities like other T1 ships, and there are plenty of suppliers pricing them as such. If you didn't hit the first wave, it's probably too late to make a return similar or better to what else is out there. Plus a lot of big alliances are building out in-house production.
If you're coming in fresh and don't need the production for strategic reasons, I personally would just buy a good T2 BPO and work that instead. ---

No.
As callan said, actually the long time it takes for the return of your investment isn't really worth all the work.

Building dreads was nice during second half of last year. Sold my first Moros for 3bn I believe, which was more than 100% profit. However I decided to sell my stake in dread production a while ago since it takes too long now to be really worthwhile ISK wise. But if you're in a position where a capital production line would be useful beyond the ISK making, like being in an alliance without a capital ship builder, then it's worth it I'd say.
