i've been doing a lot of missions for an agent away from my home station and was wondering if i should move there, what does that intel, woul i be resposable for moving all my stuff?
also i've was wondering about joining that corparation, first off i dont even know how to do that and i dont know how that would affect me?
any input on this would be greatly appreciated

Uh, moving there or not is your call. And yeah, you'd have to move all of your stuff there yourself (or set up a well-paying courier mission and hope someone does it for you).
You can't join NPC corporations, period. Every bloodline has a specific NPC corp they're automatically dumped into when they quit a player-run corp, but that's the only way to get into them, and you can't choose the corporation.

Generally speaking it becomes a huge waste of time to move all your stuff to your agent. Find a central location to roost and call that home. I recommend somewhere with alot of commerce for easy buying. I base 1 jump from jita to avoid jitas crowds but at the same time be able to buy stuff easily. Lots of people sale out of jita. You do however want to raise an indy skill to a decent level soonish to assist your moving stuff.(after the first month or so)

what happens if your stuff is in a high sec area and your sec rating lowers to the point where you cant get back to it, are you out of luck? just asking, i'm newb in no position to be putting a target on my back

You can just raise it back up, or you can have a courier move it for you...
