Jumpclones are pretty simple to operate from what I know. I haven't heard of a guide per se but a number of the jumpclone sellers in the Sell forum have good info in their ads and associated websites. Info I know to be useful:
1. You AND your corp must have a standing of 8+ (before skill bonuses) with an NPC station owning corp before a jumpclone can be installed.
2. If you join a corp with the 8+ standing with an NPC corp, you can 'inherit' that standing so long as you do nothing to gain a personal standing with that NPC corp. EG you are minmatar and have been working for Repulic Fleet, Brutor tribe etc. You join a corp with 8.2 stating with sisters of Eve. You have no standing at all with Sisters of Eve so your new corp's standing will count for you....you can install jump clones
3. You must have infomorph psychology skill before you can install a jump clone. You get one close per skill level.
4. Jump clones can only be installed at stations owned by a corp with the above standing requirements. However, once it is installed you can jump into that close and take it anywhere and jump out of it. This means that you can move a clone to any station you like.
5. Implants stay with a clone. They do not travel with you when you jump.
6. Jumping into a clone that is in the station you are currently docked in will destroy the body you are leaving behind, implants and all. DO NOT DO THIS
7. When you die you do not lose jump clones. You will resurrect in your medical clone, In other words, you do not ever lose jump clones, unless you do 6.
That's all I know. Can anyone else lengthen this list or correct it?

They are useful for getting in and out of empire space - install a jump clone in 0.0, jump back into your old body with your implants, move it back to empire, jump back - how you got an expendable clone in 0.0 to PvP with, and your mission runnning.implant clone in empire, without needing to run the gauntlet of gate campers. Can only jump once a day though!

Correct....although (as I understand it) you could have two completely different implant setups between the clones. i.e. Learning for the empire clone and a pvp set for the pvp/0.0 clone.

I'm just thinking since the guys who offers jump clone service wants you to have 8,0+ or 0,0 standing....
if one member in our corporation work up to 8,0 standing with a NPC corporation. Will the rest of our corporation be able to create jump clones with this NPC corporation if the rest of us have 0,0 standing towards chosen NPC corp ?
Will any standing towards faction ruin this , if above works at all ?

As the member works towards 8.0 standing the corp standings towards the NPC corp will rise but at a much slower rate. Once your corp has an 8.0 standing towards the NPC corp then all of your corp members can install jump clones. Note that the 8.0 standing is the base standing, before taking any possible gains from connections into account.
