As a minor power caught between two major powers, they are going to have the basic needs of a patrol ship, an armed hauler, and a heavy fleet ship - so rather than having the standard three frigate, cruiser, and battleship; why not a destroyer, industrial (nominally a cruiser) and a battle cruiser?
PATROL VESSEL 8 High slots, 8 turrets, Charge Bay Minmatar ship skill: +X bonus to rate of fire. Amarr ship skill: +Y bonus to capacitor injectors. Role Bonus: xZ to range of ship and cargo scanners.
TRANSPORT 4 High slots, 2 turrets, 2 launchers; Charge bay (similar to bestower, except reverse the size with the cargo bay). Minmatar ship skill: +X bonus to agility Amarr ship skill: +Y bonus to capacitor injectors Role Bonus: Z% reduction to signature from non-direct targeting (ie - combat probes).
FLEET SHIP 8 High Slots, 8 launchers (reduction in torpedo launcher power requirements), Charge Bay Minmatar ship skill: +X bonus to launcher rate of fire Amarr ship skil: +Y bonus to capacitor injectors. Role Bonus: Z% increase to effective signature of target when calculating missile damage.
These bonuses allow those ships to run repairers and microwarp drives, relying more on speed and less on heavy plating, rather than going for direct EWAR bonuses like webifiers or scramblers to get up close l8r \o/ |

I would like to see Ammatar get their own ships eventually (Ships for every faction and sub faction should be an eventual goal IMO, or at least skins) but these bonuses suck. 10/10 would not fly.
I'd like to see them with lazer boats that have minmatar slot flexibility. Since the lore says that projectiles/ minmatar weapons are inferior to Amarr ones after all.
Also the Nefantar thrasher is really an Ammatar ship so i guess the skin colour pattern is sorted, |

Launchers is a khanid thing. No idea about ammatars.
Your fleet ship's weapons are capless. It isn't like you're perma-running a MWD in PVP and if you're doing any shield boosting, you will use the ASB. So your fleet ship is largely free of cap issues, that bonus isn't optimal. Sort of nice for neut resistance I guess but meh. Don't know what kind of turret you planned on putting on the destroyer but its weird to have one turret ship and one launcher ship in the same faction line.
A transport's issues are very very rarely related to being probed down. |

Faction ships (or at least paint jobs) for all factions would be cool.
but not with these stats EVE FAQ "7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY?No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided""So it will be up to a pilot to remain vigilant wherever they may be flying and be ready for anything at any time" |

Oh hell yeah! I don't know exactly what Ammatar is, but as a new small faction this sounds amazing! And when they would be cheaper then what a faction ship of this sort would normally cost (let's say a factor of 5-10 times T1) they might provide a counter against the current kiting frigate meta (condors, crow) that you see especially in lowsec, nullsec and (I presume) also in faction warfare. |

No, not gonna say it, not gonna break the rules, have to figure it out by yourself. No not you, way way up.
And those are weird, well, the first one is ok, old Onerios I guess, but the bubble Gallente Rifter, I don't know-¦-¦. Are you sure your issues aren't elsewhere ?! |

Ammatar are a group of minmatar who sided with the Amarr and chose the path of salvation. They have there own kingdom but it is over seen by an Amarrian official. In the past they have had trouble following their path of redemption but the holy amarr empire remains their guiding light. |

Seems to me that the Ammatar didn't do much to build their own navy but instead just adopted Amarr tech wholesale when they jumped sides.
Those aren't in-game models are they Abrazzar? I'm not finding them listed in the usual databases for ship models.
Edit: To be fair I'm not finding a lot of NPC models I know to be in the game. These lists are pretty mediocre. Wait, CCP kills kittens now too?!-á - Freyya

Very nice job.
Reading around it does seem that they actually prefer to fly skinned Amarr ships but their market activity leans towards Minmatar goods, and their LP store is a mash of armor and projectile modules.
My suggestion would be this: Amarr and Minmatar ship skins, followed later by some faction ships in varieties we don't normally see. Pirate factions have been getting unique frigates, cruisers and BS's, I'd like to see Ammatar, Khanid, Thukker and Intaki get some unique Destroyers, BC's and ABC's. Wait, CCP kills kittens now too?!-á - Freyya
