While it's good they stopped after the warning, it was obvious right from the beginning that Concord not working correctly was a bug, and abusing that bug therefore an exploit. What I will state for the record though is the logged showed the timing of the warning which was after the last kill by the individual concerned. It also stated showed the individual concerned state he had stopped.

They saw concord deaosn¦t repsond to their actions and then they continued killing. That is exploiting. and it doesn¦t matter if there¦s a warning or not! I'd say the situation is a bit different now, simply because, if I remember correctly, escaping concord ganking in high sec has been an exploit since long before I started playing. So what we have here is an old exploit coupled with a new bug. using two exploits at once sounds like reason for a ban to me.

And you know for a fact that all these kills were people exploiting, rather than: Returning fire on someone else exploiting? Shooting someone who was flagged by taking from a can? Shooting someone they had kill rights on? If you have proof, petition it yourself. If not, why make accusations? You are right here. It could be kills because of flagging. What if I decided to gank someone for the hell of it, and for some unknown reason Concord did not kill me? My fault? Have I exploited? What if I petition it? If the GMs day don't do it, then you don't. If they say nothing, what tells me the system is bugged, and it wasn't just a freak glitch? What if I try it again, and still no Concord response? Am I exploiting a known bug, even though I may still expect to be Concordokened? What if I petition it again?
