I have resubmitted my petition in the new system. I am guessing that the time that we all were waiting in the old system is lost and we are all starting from scratch and will have to wait a month to get our issues resolved again.

And now I have lost a week from when I could have got back in the Q 
Very depressing , I really don't like to complain but why couldn't they have warned us before the system was implemented? Having lost a week , when I was worried about duplicating work for the GMs and now I have to do it anyway ....

Same here lads got the same response.
It is funny that I have gotten every answer now possible in the book from the GM's. I am very displeased with this situation. We have all lost a week now, to plain lack of information. I for one wish to submit a legit complaint to CCP, but I dont know where and how.
Resubmitting my petitions.

Wish I knew as I would have done this when we first noticed the changes. one thing to note, I been trying to keep it exactly like the old one so I made the main post the same, then tried to add the notes I did from the old one but get an error each time I try to add the notes.

i had submited a queston about updating my eon magazine adress and got an answer yesterday you need to refile under petition if i am allowwed i will post the email ----------------------------------------------- I lost 5 sp of skill trainning time during the last patch an i demand that ccp refund it to me |

Been going on two months now and still waiting for a reply from tech support from nearly 2 weeks.
Not counting the mail i got today that asked me to do the Customer Support survey (page for that didn't work btw)

same problem here m8, but different circumstances-filed my petition over a month ago and finally got a reply to petition, saying there was nothing they can do. so opened petition again and stated my case again and would you believe they replied this time and say there is still nothing they can do. you are not the only 1 with problems with the petition system. people just give or not bother with it

can i also add i have not had a reply after about 10 days and even after i submitted it again(when they deleted them all) i have had nothing but automated messages
