Hello MD,
This is the first time I have used the MD forums for anything besides asking questions. I would like to request a loan of 300 Million ISK to get started with trading.
Terms:
Amount: 300,000,000 ISK
Interest: 10%
Term: 2 weeks
Collateral: None, sorry.
I'd also like some advice on taking loans in the future.

That may pretty simple:
- Write a proper post with some information about your background and experiences
- Offer a collateral
- Offer a proper interest
- Answer all questions without any offence
- Ask for a small amount (especially as a new / unknown player)
- Don-Št be offended if nobody want to loan you ISK

I've always maintained that you need to be vested in some way prior to asking for a bond. Get involved in the MD community, make contacts and friends. Bonds here are an exercises in micro political strategies, you need allies or at the least those to be indifferent towards your post.
Use your main and not some week old alt; a character that would take some sort of loss on it if it was to scam. No one is crazy enough to loan money to a character slot that can be biomassed and used over and over again.

The purpose of a loan request is not to borrow money from the people with a clue, it's to confiscate money from the people without one.
Unless mutually acceptable collateral is used. Reputation can be collateral, if the reputation is real.
