Whoa, you have the Advanced Learnings to V? I would shoot myself before training that, but since you already have them enjoy your faster training times.
Personally it depends on what you want to do, starting with PVP you need to get support skills (go through the skill list and pick out those that you'll need and support your ships, or search for a support skills thread).
After that you'd want to probably train up all your races T1 ships to IV and their related skills. And then after that you should choose a field to specialize in and go for T2 in that.

First step to being a PvPer: dump the implants. Or at least once you want to start, because you'll end up losing them anyways once you start fighting

I'll keep them for a while , i have only learning skills up to 5 , so i'll spend few month training combat skills , and will not bring my ass to low set to be fried

You don't need lots of skills to PvP in low sec... I've pirated successfully using a trial alt account in the past after a mere few hours of skill training.

Level IV min frig/cruiser/bs Level IV small/med/large projectile turret Level IV in the relevant support skills (cap, navigation, shield, armor) Level V engi/elec/drones
Couple levels in the "other" skills.. like sig analysis
Then play with that and you'll soon enough know what you want to specialize in.
Different approach: like above, but scrap medium/large projo, cruiser/bs and drones and train for T2 small projectiles, assault ships and ceptors. You'll be competitive in less time, but much less flexible.

I would suggest working through tech 1 ships first... get comfy in frigs, then cruisers (IMO destroyers aren't really neccesary) and then fly a battleship for a bit doing missions or whatnot... once your comfortable with THAT, THEN go back and do tech 2 frigates and such....

A good tip if you have a lot of implants is to train up for a jump clone then jump to it from wherever will let you when you want to go PvP.
Your implants stay with your main clone safe in empire space and you jump back into that clone when you have a big skill to train but while PvPing in low sec space you,re not risking the millions it would take to replace them.

PvP has a lot to do with situational awareness, then ship, then skills.
