If I got my hardeners/rep modules cycling and get disconnected while doing pve, will the modules continue to cycle or will they turn off? |

They finish the current cycle then turn off. |

Is there a source for your answer? Because so far I got 5 different responses in various ingame help channels |

Fix a shiny shield cycle module and kill a rat to get a log off timer, or engage a duel with a friend. Run the module so your ship will become shiny on every cycle.
Log off and ask the friend after you log in if the ship continued to be shiny or if it stopped. |

Better idea, use a civilian armor repper, have you and the friend duel, the front will drop your armor fairly low and keep you warp scrambled. You turn on the civvy repper and because of the aggression and warp scramble you will not disappear nor will you warp off.
They then keep their cursor over their target lock of you and read how many % the civvy repper repps for you before it stops. The Drake is a Lie |

When your ship attempts to emergency warp out, all modules should quit cycling at the end of their current cycle.
I've personally experienced inconsistent results with this though, where my modules were still active upon successfully reconnecting to the game. I once killed a stabber with my taranis despite disconnecting in the middle of the fight. This could have been the server hadn't realized a disconnected, making me a really lucky taranis pilot.

Really. You get an honost and true answer and then you start questioning it because it is not the answer you are looking for.
Why ask in the first place.
Also common sense would already got you fhe answer otherwise people will drop something in a mission with huge tank, log off thencharacter and log in the next to help them.
Of course all modules go 'Cycle Red' on logging off (be it intentional or on accident). Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

Then I really suggest to check the sources of those in that chat or the chat itself.

Anyone who missions in a Marauder lives in fear of this. If you're happily tanking the room in Bastion mode and then you DC.... you have to log back in BEFORE your bastion cycle completes . Otherwise you change from beastly tank mode to stationary and squishy mode..... |
