During 19.02.2013 downtime when 1.1 Retirbution patch will be applied to EVE, EVE-Cost data dump will be updated to 1.1 as well. This means that the BC changes are coming as well along with manufacturing materials changes. Be warned. EVE-Cost is a manufacturing tool for EVE players. http://www.eve-cost.eu |

Ferox material requirements are now very incorrect, I haven't checked the other BCs. I'm assuming they moved a bunch of the mineral requirements to the secondary table? |

Really great tool, one of the best third-party additions to eve that I know of. One feature request:
I usually empty warehouse then use the copy parser to get an up-to-date list of the materials in my corp hanger. Then I add my products to cart and use the "after warehouse" numbers as a shopping list.
This works great if all your materials come straight from the market, but I am doing a lot of T2 and manufacture the components myself. After I get the "after warehouse" numbers for the T2 components (race-specific reactors, shields, thrusters, armor plates, etc) I have to open a new tab for each component I want to manufacture, type in the component name, and manually copy over the "after warehouse" amounts from the cart page. After adding each of those to cart I need to exclude the T2 components from the cart to get the final shopping list.
What would be really great is to have a "delete from cart and add after-warehouse amount to cart". It would basically be a one-click solution if you want to manufacture a shopping list item yourself.
Example: If I add 10 Rooks to my cart, Cost says I require 27,500 Titanium Diborite armor plates, among other things. The proposed button next to the armor plate row in the cart would replace the 27,500 plates with 302,500 Sylramic Fibers and 1,210,000 Titanium Carbide (the required materials), or perhaps add them as children in the cart heirarchy. It would use saved ME values to calculate amounts, hopefully.
Thanks very much for a really fantastic tool and please keep up all the great work that you have been consistently putting in. |

There seems to be something wonky going on with the material calculations. Some blueprints are missing minerals, for example Cheetah is listed as using only two, Isogen and Morphite; when in fact it also requires Megacyte, Mexallon, Nocxium, Pyerite, Tritanium and Zydrine.
I know I've built Cheetahs with EVE-Cost's shopping list, so it would seem to be a new bug.

Thanks!
I would also want to put in a few feature requests =)
- Blueprint "Save Settings" works for the Runs, ME, PE and Item cost; but does not save the blueprint's cost. This is useful for T2 production as the BPC has an estimated (or real if you keep count) cost.
- In the cart, "Delete to calc" successfully deletes the item from the cart and puts it in the Manufacturing tab, but the quantities become the saved BPC's. If I have 100 Gardes in my cart "Delete to calc" deletes them, but sets up Manufacturing to make the default 1500.
- In the cart, I may be using it wrong, but a "Delete N to calc" may be useful. If I have 10 Cheetahs in my cart, and have bought just enough to manufacture 5, I have to "Delete to calc", "Process to warehouse" 5 Cheetahs, re-"Add to cart" 5 Cheetahs. Being able to "Delete N to calc" and choose N=5 would simplify this.
- In manufacturing, when "Processing to warehouse" if something in the job has not been added to the warehouse, whether it's the final product or some input, it just says "Unknown item", it would be nice to know which item and preferably to give the option to add it right then and there. Similarly, if there is not enough of some item, it just says something like "Missing items", only by scanning each item's required quantities and warehouse stock can you find out which one it is.
- In the warehouse, you can empty or reset the warehouse and then replenish the quantities (but not prices?) by pasting a list. I would like to be able to just reset the quantities of a pasted list, some sort of "Sync items": paste the list from the inventory and reset the corresponding quantities. I have a system where I keep a lot of PI stuff (e.g. robotics), those are not synced automatically by EVE-Cost, I would like to be able to copy paste that station's inventory and reset my PI stock without having to reset all my warehouse.
I have more things that I have thought of, but I think this may have already be too much for a "feature request" post. Thanks again for a vrey good tool.

Am I doing something grossly wrong here?
I've got my Warehouse updated with materials, I've got my blueprint queued to cart, but then even though the Cart tells me what I need to buy instead of giving me a cost it's crediting me for materials I've already got.
For example, to make a 5xProphecy I've got the Trit, Mega, Zyd and Iso in my Warehouse. I need to buy Mex and Pyerite. Instead of telling me how much the Mex and Pyerite will cost, it instead gives me an ISK figure for the value of the Trit, Mega, Zyd and Iso I own. Why would I want to know that on a shopping list page? |

Thank you! Re-reading my post I think I actually meant "per unit profit".
Have you looked into how R.A.M.s are used up in the inventory?
EVE-Cost assumes they are destroyed, but in fact each run uses up a percentage of it. E.g. building Damage Control II requires R.A.M. Armor/Hull Tech at 20% damage per run, thus for a 10-run job you need only 2 R.A.M.s, EVE-Cost's lists 10 as the requirement, which involves a lot of manual modifications in the warehouse.
I wouldn't expect EVE-Cost to take into R.A.M. repair/recycle into consideration, but maybe calculating the number of required R.A.M.s for the jobs using runs*pct_destroyed is not too hard to implement? |

On manufacturing calculator, the cost to produce an t2 item, the R.A.M. percentage is taken into consideration. If R.A.M. item costs 35k and usage is 20% and it requires 10 R.A.M. items to start the job. Then it says 10 R.A.M. items but cost is 10 * 35k * 0.2 = 70k

Oh, and regarding the R.A.M. issue from above:

I must look into it.
Proceessing to warehouse consumes the 10 R.A.M. instead of just 2 (10 at 20% damage.) |

Can't wait to use it. At last I will know precisely how much material I need for an item on one page.
