Sometimes in warp, other ships will be right beside you, even if they are not in your fleet. They should be capable of combat while this happens.

Pretty sure you can't activate weapon modules while in warp. |

No, they even retract into the hull ...
... would be funny though to see a missile exit the launcher and then smash with warp speed into your own hull if you use a launcher which is ahead of your ship and the vector it travels in. Are you sure your issues aren't elsewhere ?! |

A cruiser warps at 3 AU/sec. It takes light aproximately 8.28 minutes to traverse 1 AU. Therefore a cruiser is warping aproximately 1,500x the speed of light. Properly fit interceptors reach about 5,700x the speed of light.
Perhaps you should rethink your suggestion, now that you're aware of the speeds involved. Disclaimer: My opinion does not necessarily reflect that of my corp or alliance. My opinion is my own, and if you don't like, that is your problem. |

So a missile would have the mass of a small galaxy, multiplied by the sheer level of disbelief that it could actually move faster than the ship. Thats a lot of mass There is one EvE. Many people. Many lifestyles. WE are EvE |

Missile just barely edges out of launcher before being left way behind to become a bomb for next person using warp tunnel.
Yawn,-á I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really. |

Perhaps when both ships enter warp together and if the ships are close enough the warp fields would effect space time in such a manner to allow the transfer of weapons fire.
Lasers would be the logical weapon to use because they already function at the speed of light and could be phased to function at higher relativistic velocities by causing the photons to jump to a higher orbital similar to how an electron jumps to higher orbitals. |

A bad idea. Combat takes place on-grid and combat mechanics are geared for that.
But let's stop trying to talk about the scientific reality of the situation. This is EVE. Physics is an afterthought here. |
