Edited by: KALEN ACHURAN on 17/07/2006 23:17:19 This is my new character (sold my main for goood iskies) so I am rebuilding but wanna make sure i make him really good (artibute wise)
KALEN ACHURAN
Intelligence 9 Perception 10 Charisma 3 Willpower 10 Memory 11
I have trained instant recall to level 3 so far and am about finished with 4. I also have lvl 1 of ironwill finished. Will my final atributes be decent? at lvl 4 tier 2... I will also be purchasing a set of +3 implants. But I am not sure how the actual learning skill works with implants. Does it take into account the addition when adding the %'age?
so my atributes without learning lvl 5 and implants will be:
Intel: 18 Perception:19 Charisma:3 (not learning) Willpower:18 Memory:17
I will be adding +3 implants (not sure if the +4 is worth it or not) so I would end with: Intel:21 Perception:22 charisma:3 Willpower:21 Memory:20
So now I am curious with lvl 5 learning will I recieve 10% from this total or from the total without implants then implants are added after... any info would help alot Thanks Kalen

also is the difference in +4 vs +3 implants worth the extra iskies? I could get both but I am kinda a penny pincher so...If its really worth it ill do it but if not eh ill stick to not doing it...

Edited by: Aramendel on 17/07/2006 23:53:14 Learning skill effects the boni from implants, too.
And compared to +3 implants +4 give you (with learning 5; +4 in the primary and secondary attribute for the skills you train; +4 in primary only and +3 in the secondary gives you 2/3s of this value) 2376 additional SP/day or 867240 additional SP/year. The added SPs are identical from +1 implants to +2 implants, +2 implants to +3 implants, and so on, btw.
If you are carebearing and unlikely to get podkilled anytime soon I would get +4 ones AFAP, for PvP I wouldn't use anything bigger than +3s.

Thanks a ton...I will indulge in +4's This character is mining/builder type in empire...And when I go lowsec I hope to merely join a corp with outpost/s so i can make a clone...don't wanna loose all my implants.
