Got one of those "come back" emails from CCP today. I had totally forgotten I had old accounts! So I was able to plug them into Eveboard and honestly had to laugh at how bad I sucked 
That said, I figure these toons have buttloads of bonus/compensation SPs, from things like the old learning skills, etc. So Id like to see just how many extra SP they have to see if it might be worth reactivating?
If not, I thought maybe doing the hours for plex thing, but if I dont resub will that forever ban all my accounts from using that service, or just the accounts in question?

as far as I know there is no way unless its active. You could try evemon though.
and that would ban that account from using hours for plex again as its conistered abuse of the system

- The SP compensations for DDoS attacks and extended downtimes from server crashes were only given to active toons. The SP refunds from removed skills should be there, though.
- Yes, if you activate Hours for PLEX and do not re-sub, you will be locked out of that function for a certain period of time, if not forever. I don't know the specifics, but there are consequences. It is only the account in question, not all your accounts.
- You can't see unallocated SP until you log that toon back on, to my knowledge.

try a petition they might help if you are able to email them from the email address registered to those accounts. they would require something like that to confirm the account is really yours |
