I value characters very much, take care of them forever, keep them training responsibly...
would you let me maintain your character for you, just in case you ever come back?
it's a thing I do. your character will never get sold, it will stay subbed and trained on a focused plan.
and you will get it transferred back to you when you want, no questions asked.
For Example: if it looks like your goal was T2 Cruisers plus full supports and core skills, I'll work on that,
and get in touch with you when it's almost done and we can look at what options to train up next.

I'm also fairly protective of those in my fleet, and there will be no shenanigans of characters being used unfairly or carelessly--i'll look at standings, jump clones, maybe get them some nice threads to wear, to welcome them into the crew.
they'll write letters home telling you they're being treated amazingly well, and kind..
It's a Skillqueue Spa where you relax on the couch in CQ (probably in Jita) before going out on 4/10 DED roams, moving stuff, poking around. OH and they'll meet the rest of my mates~

People should swamp you with characters.
I wanna see how many you can keep up paying for until you break down. (:
And how can one be sure he ever gets his characters back?
Once they are legitimately traded to you, they are yours.
And those you got already can easily be your own.
They look boring enough for that to be made by you.
What proof do you have that you will give them back eventually?
How can people be sure you can afford all those accounts?

edited the OP to clarify this is an alternative to biomassing. I would prefer that people who leave EVE simply don't biomass their characters. As for proof of either, I really can't make any guarantee to satisfy doubt. but either case is better than biomassing.
apparently some players feel the need to make a statement when they leave by biomassing, so if they feel that strongly about walking away, it probably doesn't matter.
think of this offer as a type of orphanage for characters who would have been biomassed otherwise.
