Would it be possible to seperate 'Corporation, Alliance and Organization Discussions' to:
1. Corporation and Organization Discussions 2. Alliance Discussions
Then make the 2nd read-only to non alliance members (as in you have to in an ingame alliance to post in that entire section - everybody can ofc. read).

Interesting way to get rid of the alts.

Might not solve the problem. Someone could always create an alliance and charge ISK to be a member(or to join the corp in the alliance), just so they could post in the alliance section of the forums.

But that would be on that alliances' "head" so to speak.
And an alliance just for forum alts, that would be funny in itself :)

The "head" of the alliance could be an alt too, heck I would do it if I had the money and time, even make the charges cheap enough to just cover operating cost(is there any?). And alliance discussion shouldn't be limited just to those in alliances, I am sure there are plenty of corps not in alliances that have plenty of weight and the like.
If anything the game and the forums should be more integrated in some form I think, the forums are already treated in some ways as a valid game mechanic. About the only thing I would say about an "alliance" forum is only allow CEO's to post or members delegated by the alliance as "diplomats" or whatever. Just don't let any ol' person in the alliance post, but only those that have the power delegated to them. Although I don't like that idea as much really either.

What you are proposing are much harde to do.
My suggestion was a fairly easy solution as you can see under my name the forums already have access to character info in terms of alliance memberships.
And any corp outside alliances could use the corporation forums, there's no logical reason as to why they should be able to post/make ISD work in an alliance forum.

Be better to stop NPC/Newbcorp members and trial accounts from posting there or in the other corp forum, imo.

That would be too easy to get around as you can pretty much create a character that can create a corp off the bat.
That way you'd just have a spam of 1 man alt corps just for forums.

There are plenty of valid posters in 'Corporation, Alliance and Organization Discussions' that are not in an alliance. You can't really seperate the two, because both alliances and corps work at the same level and influence eachother.
There are quite a few corps that have dealings with alliances, wether it be an exchange of goods or an exchange of ammo.
Plus, it would prevent Backdoor Bandit from posting

I disagree, there would be two forums and the main part of the discussion would be in forum 1.
Just when it comes to alliance talks it would be alliances only - I see no problem with that _at all_.
Remember alliance people can participate in the corp discussion forum also.
