You Should watch Blade Runner it is a classic movie and the character Pris is interesting but sad to say the least. I have no issues with you whatsoever and I am not sure why you feel that way. I am Just posting an opinion that obviously you have affinity with but fail to understand that others opinions on such matters may differ. |

I keep getting complaints about how people have to pay CSPA, although I definitely have them set as dark blue ...
... and now I double checked the options and even the tooltip ...
... and it says that buddies are not charged CSPA ...
... so wtf is going on ?
People are mad at me for this, thinking I didn't add them!
So, if I understand you correctly, there is a discrepancy between the set standings of your contacts and the CSPA charging? I don't know if this is relevant, and I may have overseen something, but a corpmate of mine who was ALSO set to darkblue appeares as red in my overview. The contact appears in my address list as darkblue. I've seen this happening to only one character though. |

I haven't undocked in a while, but all the colors in my chats are as I would expect.
What I feel is important to add here, just for completeness, is that the standings level is not relevant for the CSPA.
As soon as one is a contact, he should not have to pay it. http://residentoutlaw.tumblr.com - Mew Age Calendar YC116.08.27 https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&find=unread&t=369961 |

This is probably unrelated to the overview bug, my overview is fine. I submitted a support ticket so let's see what happens next. |

It doesn't make you a noob.
It makes you a ******, claiming someone is a noob when he is technically correct and you giving your opinion about something you don't even know factual stuff about.

The problem your having might be a bug called "ghost standings". I have seen it a couple of times my self, but mainly on the forums.
Its also possible you have a variation of a bug im struggling with, which occurs when i try to change corp standings so look over this post and see if you did anything similar before you noticed the standing changes.
Now for Solecist.
Even if you have someone set to +10 they will have to pay the CSPA charge, but it seems like they also have to pay it when you have them added to your watch list? In that case it is a bug and you cant really do much but wait for CCP to respond to your petition, and maybe set your charge to 0 or leave a note in your bio explaining the problem until its fixed to prevent people from keep getting upset at you
