Increase sensor force, warp speed and lock speed of pirate faction ships (+20-30%)
Reason: too high price, but not enoth power, we need good ships for solo or small scale pvp (force corresponds to their price) |

Even if the price was set by CCP, it's not a balancing factor so it never justify something being more or less powerful. |

If you did all of this buffing to the pirate faction, the pricing would only increasing.

Nope the don-¦t need use the modules if you want a higher scanres or something else.
Pirate ships are also very rare and very strong, don-¦t think the need some extra buff.
