Just look out for the Navy Ravens flyin around in the Caldari mission running hubs. Many of them are in small corps with absolutly no pvp experience Just observe your victims for a short time and then, declare war to the corp.
Make the Navy Raven pop with 3-4 cheap tech I Cruisers, watch the carebears cry and take some money to end the war.
Oh and btw: those navy ravens are dropping very nice loot all the time.

Does Captin Shadowhawk remember crying at Watership Down or perhaps spending a lot of time carebearing in 0.0?

Now this sounds like "griefing" to me. You are just out to ruin someones game play.

Edited by: Ghoest on 05/08/2006 19:57:06 What the OP said does sound like whats called "greifing" in some games, but its allowed in EVE so I guess its not greifing here?
The word "griefing" is stupid. All that should matter in any game is following the rules. If you dont like it, get the rules changed, but dont call the person a "griefer".

I take it that monstrosity of quote syntax was an attempt to suggest that killing carebears is griefing. It isn't. They were killing them because killing level 4 mission runners is more ISK/hour than pretty much any other profession in the game. Have you seen the setups these people (including me, in my carebear moods) fit? Hundreds of million per kill.

People assume I'm a carebear because I don't like campers that sit on their asses and get super-easy kills with miraculous modules that grant both tremendous range and super-fast lock ons (heaven forbid a "sniper" has to take time to aim!)
Still, I think level 4 mission running in "safe" space is stupid in the extreme. Isk should come from risk.
Dammit.

Why should ISK only come from PvP risk? What about people with Tech II BPO's, was that risky? How about buying and selling on the market? Is that risky if you know what you are doing? And level 4 missions are highly risky before you've got a handle on how to do all of the different scenarios.

Wasnt there one guy who somehow managed to pod himself? If not, you just did it, so congratulations.

Same as there is no risk with posting an alt to make sure that you don't get a war dec yourself off someone who could actually offer you a fight. Instead get isk from extorting a non pvp corp. No risk there.

I dunno, but one alliance I was fighting against not very many months ago managed to AFK over 30 haulers into our grasp over a week, including one guy three times in a row. (And then again in a n00bship).

Never underestimate the supidity of caldari missile using carebears. They are maybe the dumbest people in the whole game. (just look at the "why is the rokh a railboat thread)
Most of them really think that their Navy Raven is really rockin in PvP.

The Navy Raven does rock in PvP ;O
I'll take a Navy Raven with support skills vs any battleship in the game... and I can run away too with room for stabs :)

Only stupid/lazy agent runners get ganked.
Ask anyone that's wardec'd ASCN with the intention of ganking the (relatively few) agent runners we have. ----------
