Hello ! Today I reported an issue that prevents me from entering the game, but now it says "This character has no petitions." in ticket list under my profile. I understand it that my problem is ignored and my ticket is deleted without any notifications, why? |

Has the issue been resolved?
Are you looking at the right character/account?
Was your petition written in a way that was understandable?
Maybe the GM's don't like you.
The only real way to find out the answer to your question is to file a petition and ask a GM to look into it.

The issue still persists and is not resolved. No emails is in my mailbox. What kind of troubles can I get myself into by posting on the forum? I *already* have troubles: 1. first, CCP screwed up my gameplay by previous cruis release, forcing me to teach unnecessary skills to reach previous level of productivity (finished learning few days ago, that is like 2 months paid in real money). 2. then, my bug reports are deleted, without solving, without telling why deleted 3. then, I cant login to the game, report a ticket and guess what If I cant login to the game, then why I'm paying money for it? I'm getting tired of this, maybe this game is not for everyone, like myself. |

If its still the launcher causing you problems, may I suggest looking in this forum Issues,Workrounds forum. If you can't find a solution there, create a topic asking for help.

You read wrong. I reported a bug, when inactive industrial with 5 cargo expanders cant fit items more than its cargo capacity without expanders, as if they not installed, but when becomes active - all works fine. It was deleted and the bug still exists and is ignored. Maybe CCP need to stop hiring photographers and interior designers, because sometimes an engineer needed to solve the problem. |

as it would be helpfull for us who tried to help this guy, an update regarding if he followed your instructions would be very supportive.
Details are irrelevant, but knowing if he did isn't.
Think of us. We try to help, but get misplaced anger and non-constructive replies.
So far it seems more likely that he was just trolling us and considering his posting history, there is only negativity towards the company to be seen.

Pretty sure that isn't a bug.
As far as I know, modules are only active if the pilot is in the ship. They are not active when the ship is unoccupied, in hangar.

I DID submit the ticket this morning, your site even told me its number, but I did not write it down, sadly, or screenshoted. You have serious problems in your TT system. It either doesnt work as intented since customer's tickets disappear w/o trace and you cant track it down, or someone is sabotaging you.

Instead of ranting, you could listen to the advice you are being given and try following it, which is constructive. People are trying to help you here.
Stop assuming that you know how anything works at CCP.
It takes time to respond to a ticket. There aren't operators standing by ready to instantly respond to every complaint. If your ticket was submitted, it is probably in a queue. Why do you think you are entitled to an instant response?

Also, in the case of hauling Ships ,skillpoints play a part on the m3 available aswel I.e. it will have more when you are sitting in it than when you are not.
So for instance, dragging and dropping onto a ship you aren't actually in will only fit so much , however sitting in it, then filling it will net you the full m3 you according to your skills. =]I[= |

Did you actually complete the ticket submission process or did you close the browser window before it was complete?
Also, note the text that follows:
"GÇóEach player is allowed to have at most two open support tickets at a time. Please note that your open tickets can only be closed by you after 24 hours have elapsed."
Do you already have 2 open support tickets? If so, try closing one of them. |

Yes, I waited enough before the stupid thing 'thinks', it showed me the TT number of ~8 digits, but I did not bother to write it down or check if it appeared in the 'My Tickets' list. Then I closed the page. No, I did not have any tickets opened before submitting this one. |

As people have already pointed out - it's not a bug.
Your ship maximum capacity is based on the model, the modules/rigs, and pilot skills. If you take the modules off, capacity drops. If you take the pilot out, capacity drops. (Or doesn't increase, depending which way you look at it.) Having cargo expanders in your hangar wouldn't increase the ships cargo bay, having your pilot sat in a different ship is the same effect.
If you've complained about it since August it's possible you've fallen foul of the "do not file multiple tickets on the same subject" followed by "action may be taken against your account" bit.

Launcher being busted during a patch is a genuine support issue, OP needs to go submit a ticket and BE PATIENT and await a response.
By the way, unless you opened a ticket in August about your cargo hold expander issue, there is no bug report.

Again, I submitted a report this morning, about launcher doesn work. This morning, not August. About launcher stuck, not about cargo. It showed me TT# 8 digits or so, then I closed the page. Now admin says I did not submit at all. Fine, this is not going nowhere anyway. |

Kid, you're the one who brought up the whole cargo crap when asked for details, no wonder people are confused.
All the support tickets I've sent have had 23 digits (3 groups of 8-7-8, alphanumeric not just numbers), not just 8, so I dunno what you submitted or where... but it looks like it wasn't an actual ticket on an actual Eve website.
Do what the GM said hours ago - send it again, give as much clear detail as possible, and be patient. |

I can now confirm we have received your ticket. With the help of our of the QA team it has been located. One of my colleagues who works in the Technical ticket queue will pick it up when its turn comes. There may be a delay and as such you have our apologies.
