Short answer, these skills are quite situational so lvl 5 is rarely useful.
This question has come up before, please use the search to look up the relevant threads. Sable's Ammo Shop at Alentene V - Moon 4 - Duvolle Labs Factory. Hybrid charges, Projectile ammo, Missiles, Drones, Ships, Need'em? We have'em, at affordable prices. Pop in at our Ammo Shop in sunny Alentene. |

At 55mil I wouldn't dream of taking them all to 5. Maybe EM but not the rest. Having said that, I do have them at all at 5 (though with 165mil total SP) and quite enjoy the fitting flexibility I can get from deadspace amplifiers (which still aren't all that expensive). |

The compensation skills used to have an effect on active hardeners when the were *not activated*. Sort of a side bonus. CCP removed that aspect and, well, it's a sore loss imo. (Insert curse words and defamatory remarks here)
As for suggestions on your skilling. With your current implants/remap: Finish the remaining drone supports first, then, Ships -n- Guns.
I'd do the gunnery support skills first. They affect all races of guns, so even though you're Caldari/missile focused, they can help in some Caldari fits. Then Hybrids, following the Caldari theme. Then look at other races that have missile ships you may like. Damnation Sac Typhoon etc.
Having ship skills at V is never a bad thing. |
