Infinite Technologies [INCH] is a new and thus still small corporation based in a 0.7 system on the edge of low sec, near 2 trading hubs and near several lvl 3-5 complexes. We mainly focus on the newer player but ofcourse take on more seasoned pilots too, as long as you are friendly, mature and a teamplayer.
Our vision is to create a friendly, knowledgable and productive environment for it's members to help them out getting started in EVE and present a stable basis for people to grow more into the game. Since we somewhat focus on the newer EVE players we try to stay out of any politics, wars and disputes as to not to be drawn into situations we can't cope with as they are, in general, counterproductive for our memberbase. Understand that when needed we have the backing of one of the larger forces in EVE to help us discouraging anyone who tries to take a bite out of us.
The main goal in INCH is "teamwork", a corporation is more than a souped up chat channel, there is ofcourse lots of room for solo ventures but a very important part of the corp is working together with other members, helping eachother by creating better and more opportunities. Understand that this does NOT mean members have to 'slave' or that they are expected to always do corp stuff, it is ofcourse completely voluntary but if it becomes clear that a certain member fails to help fellow corp members on a structural basis his membership will be up for re-evaluation. Same thing goes for people who do nothing but ask and never give back ofcourse.
We're not a very specialized corp at all, we do mining, ratting, mission running, producing, trading and PVP and might have a go at some small time piracy. However any scamming activities that can be traced back to the corp are prohibited. Remember that this is a new corp so don't take things for granted, help us grow so we can help you prosper in return.
INCH is not a dictatorship! This means that any input from our members is valued, encouraged and actually expected. Discussions are a good thing as they give the best opportunity for the corp and it's members to go forward. So if you feel your input could be useful, speak out!
What we are looking for are mature players with a friendly attitude who like teamwork and are interested in creating things and getting stuff done, slackers and leechers need not apply. As said before, we're a small, starting corp at the moment so this is a chance to be part of a friendly group and be one of the influential members helping the corp grow and find it's direction. We cater for both the newer player as the somewhat experienced one, this is a great environment to learn your way around in EVE and get to grips with what it's all about.
INCH was created because after trying several different corps and types of corps I found none that really stroked with my ideas on what a group of people should be about, the teamwork involved and, in general, how those were lead and governed. Some just had greedy people/CEO's who tried to make people slave for them, others had hidden agendas using the corp solely as an instrument for their own personal gain and others were just a bit too much focussed on pure PVP. And then ofcourse there's the fact that there's always some people in a group you just can't relate to and interact with. INCH has a very simple rule (one of the few rules actually); if you don't fit in, you're out... for the better of the group.
If you're interested check out the forum link in my sig or contact me ingame

I don't know Caleb personally but I do see the significant effort he puts into giving accurate helpful advice in the newbie forum. I'd imagine his corp would be a great choice for a new player.
Good luck to INCH and its members.

Definatly a friendly bunch, from what I've seen Caleb is more than willing to share his time and advise to teach new players.
Best of luck with the new corp.

I joined this Corp not really knowing what to expect. Since then, my knowledge of this game has exponentially increased. Caleb is an amazing Corp leader.
Enough said.

Thanks

Hey, folks,
I've been trying to apply/get more info but I still haven't receieved the "activation email" from the forums and thus can't post Perhaps you can answer it here?
My main question is regarding timezone... I'm GMT -5. How's the corp population online around 8:00pm GMT -5 'til 9:00pm GMT -5? GMT -5 by the way is Eastern daylight/savings Time, (EST/EDT).
Seriously considering this corp but want to join one that has plenty of folks on when I am.
Thanks.
Take care. Yours in Friendship and Honor, Rinwen, Caldari Miner and NoOb Extraordinaire |

I've only recentlly started playing and I was completely lost at the start. I read this thread and messaged Caleb and he got me started. Since then I've recieved so much help from him and the corp, it really is a fantastic and friendly corp!
Rinwen your best bet if you want to get into the Corp is to chat to Caleb ingame, or just join the INCH channel at any time. There have been a few problems with the site, but they'll be fixed very soon.

Yes there has been a slight problem with the activation bit of the forum and uhm... it might have been me :D Forum is set correctly now and I activated your account so you should be able to post.
On your timezone thing, we have a bunch of Euro's, a growing number of US folks and some people who are stationed in Japan atm, so from all over the globe. Shouldn't be a problem tbh.

i was doing what you're doing a year ago, but went into sabbatical from the game till a couple months ago. I'm sure ALOT has changed, but if you want, you can always check my corp's website and gleen anything you feel is helpful and add it to your database.
My website used to work great ingame, but they've done something to the code and it's currently a bit borked for usage ingame.
I'm not up to speed yet, so any helpful hints you have would be welcome as well. ______________________ Best darned links ingame and out (backup) |

As from today we have room for a few more :)
So if you're an active player and want to join a nice, somewhat laidback corp which does just about everything in EVE, check us out.
INCH has room for a few more active and mature members, VERY newbie friendly. |

I sent you an evemail ingame, when you're online join the INCH channel so we can chat abit. Understand though that EVE is more than happy happy mining and that you WILL be 'forced' to participate in other activities (ie, shooting people), if only to know what it's about and to learn from it.

you can make cash just about anywhere, it's just where you want to be regarding friends, corp or whatever.
But please note that we have, yet again, almost reached our cap and have closed recruitment for the moment. We have room for a few but will not be actively recruiting. Join the INCH channel if you are interested.
