Edited by: Dark Shikari on 13/08/2006 23:15:51 I heartily endorse this IPO.
/has 1050000 shares reserved of those that are already sold.
I expect it to sell out very, very quickly.

I am brokering these shares on the EVE Galactic Stock Exchange. Following is my Broker Report. _________________________________________________ I have mixed feelings about the AATP IPO. It is certainly an important event to watch for a few reasons.
-Professionalism and trustworthiness: Naphtalia's EMFI is involved in the business planning and public relations. EMFI is known not only for being the most professionally run corp on the exchange but also for being the most trustworthy. Experienced pilots have no qualms whatsoever about handing billions of ISK to Naphtalia just to verify its existence, trusting it to be returned in good faith.
-Honesty: AATP's website has an extensive entry on why you should NOT invest what you cannot afford to lose. It stresses that it is not a "sure thing," and that kind of modesty tell me that the pilots involved are taking their corp0oration very seriously.
-Hype: One of the most interesting aspects of this IPO is the public excitement about anything new with the EMFI "stamp of approval" on it. Many investors believe it cannot help but be a profitable buy. This may become a self-fulfilling prophecy as shares are in high demand; however it may just as easily lead to a post-IPO boom-and-bust whiplash. It is for this reason that I personally will be watching the AATP price VERY closely in the coming weeks.
-Risk: AATP's site details the risks involved, so I won't repeat them here. Needless to say, there are factors that could severely limit the corp's actual profitability.
Summary: As AATP's site says, never invest what you cannot afford to lose. In the age of SVE, Currin Trading, and the (maybe) EIB scandal, this has become the mantra of most of the market. However, AATP feels to me like a good investment. Many people stand to potentially make a lot of money from this.

Dark - considering that you just traded 2 of your BPO's for the shares
Anyway, I'm at work but please put me down for 75,000 shares and I'll follow this up once I get home. Ohh, I would like to take up the option of the bulk discount per your website, so I assume I contact EMFI AATP. |

You need to catch me online and in convo for that.. there isn't really a bulk discount.. but you can 'avoid 1.5% broker fee' by doing a direct trade with me for 50k+ transactions.
This is to ensure the brokers have a job and can feed their children :)

Best of luck on the venture. Such a large capital will surely be hard to convert into profit for a few weeks to come, I hope dividends don't suffer too much from this.

Thx Aeaus,
On our investment example on our site we show our rate of converting capital into active capital and the impact on our short term dividends both in a table (yey numbers!) and in a graph :)
Currently we are already over target in acquisitions.

I am also brokering the AATP shares on the EGSE and will help you as soon as possible
Looks like a sound business plan to me. With Naphtalia and Gavin to support it can only be a good thing for investors trust.

Good luck, Napht - I'm sure you'll continue to kick butt.
I have a question for you concerning stock brokers:
When you release shares, you give shares out to each major broker that works with you, correct? I assume you give them out at IPO pricing obviously.
At this point, are they required to sell it at IPO price to the public or are they allowed to sell it at whatever they think it is worth at first sell? Take AATP as a theorectical. If I was a broker and you sold me IPO shares before it went public, could I then price them at, say 20k per share or whatever I thought the market would sustain?
I realize this is what a stock broker does by definition, but wanted to see the protocol when they were first released since they are acting as a vehicle for the IPO itself.

Nah, I register my own sellorders with the brokers at IPO price.. with instructions to Delay activation of some of my orders.
ie: I gave Ferrosa 5 sell orders of 50k shares and told ferrosa to release one every hour. Ferrosa is just acting as the middleman between me and the shareholder.

Gotcha.
I am sending you a 12-pack of your favorite beer in the mail and I expect you to throw out all impartiality and ethics, accept the bribe, and hook me up with a direct-buy the next IPO phase you have.
Seriously though, continued good luck..
