Apparently nobody has an issue with CODE, i'm a bit surprised to be honest but whatever. If EVE players consider this acceptable i'm not really going to try to push the issue just avoid CODE. I thought people were just blind/oblivious to what's going on but apparently everyone is cool with it. Took me a while to figure out myself so i was actually convinced nobody understands what's going on that's why i took on trying to explain to everyone.
I wasn't particularly angry about the ganking of my JF initially but only got quite angry later after 8-10 of their "agents" contacted me with follow-up humiliation mails, including multiple "umadbro", "should've bought a permit" "you are on the red pen list" etc. Then after they got me "ready" and "warmed up" i got multiple requests to join on voice comms and discuss the issue of purchasing the permit in person. Naturally at that point i got suspicous as it was clear that they want to record my outrage on voice comms, so I made my (at the time angry) conclusions about what they are.
So yes their mission was accomplished, they made me angry as it is clear from my mental state at the time of writing that bio (which i got a warning from a GM for btw, rightfully so).
Also at the time i didn't entirely realize just how exactly sick and twisted they so eventually shrugged off the gank as my own mistake and overreaction.
However i also had a previous experience with them where my mining permit was revoked for "being AFK in station" with follow up attempts to resell me the permit as well as offerd to remove me from the "red pen list" for 30m, so that they could resell me the permits again after I got scammed and given a pretty much infuriating reason why. So in my head the evidence was accumulating.
After they ganked my empty freighter i was getting really suspicious almost 100% confident what was going on and after an extended convo in local with "Formerly Known As AC" i had 100% confidence that they are sociopaths acting out in-game. AC also offered me multiple times to get on voice comms and continued offering me mining permits.
So as i said i had multiple incidents with them and that's the only reason why i started being suspicious that they are not after ganking per se but purely after player humiliation. Their roleplay is designed for player humiliation, nothing else. Goons are by far more acceptable (and i believe do stay within the reasonable sandbox) even with their ISBox etc. Their goal is not to humiliate players, it's just economic warfare. Not a fan of goons but I believe it. *This* human garbage on the other hand is something else completely.
So this is in reference to their recent proud update on minerbumping.com:
http://www.minerbumping.com/2014/10/the-freighter-pilots-strike-back.html#comment-form
They also carefully edited out other comments from other people who support my point of view.
But yeah.. i AM quite surprised at this point that other players don't clearly see it and find their behavior acceptable.
I'm just going to move on I guess at this point since the crusade is clearly pointless and "EVE loves them". |

Can I get a screenshot from when you bought your mining permit? Just the one entry and the name of the player you gave the isk to is enough.
Thank you.

You were unprepared, and you blew up.
Beyond the economics of ganking, the New Order has everything to do with EVE, it's resources and it's power struggles.
Without a mining permit, and a show of support or submission to the New Order, we are very much obliged to make you blow up. It is truly regrettable that you take this so personally.
I would like to remind everyone that the New Order is not just about blowing up space ships, it is a sovereign entity in high-sec that claims rulership and extends its laws over all of high-security space, with James 315 as Supreme Protector of its territories, and The Mittani recognised as the True Chairman of the CSM. Failure to comply with the laws as outlined in the CODE will result in enforcement and correction. Any perceived threat will be dealt with extreme prejudice. Where our guns extend, so do our claims of sovereignty.
If you have further questions, feel free to contact me.

There are no more barriers for you to cross. All you have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem you have caused and your utter indifference toward it you have now surpassed. Your pain is constant and sharp, and you do not hope for a better world for anyone. In fact, you want your pain to be inflicted on others. You want no one to escape. But even after admitting this, there is no catharsis; your punishment continues to elude you, and you gain no deeper knowledge of yourself. No new knowledge can be extracted from your telling. Your confession has meant nothing. |

And ah yes, the Mittani. The guy who incited his cronies to suggest to another player to commit suicide. (And who is still not banned)
EVE is full of wonderful human beings and CCP is quite alright with it.
EVE is real alright.
In our magnanimity, we shall overlook your vicious slander as loss can be hard on people. But before you leave, tell us, how does all this make you feel?

However "vicious" these commonly known facts might be, in order for something to be "slander" it has to be non-factual.
So I noticed the Mittani has a ring on his finger. I wonder.. how does his wife feel about his online behavior?

IBTL.
Also, I too would like to know who you dealt with in regards to losing your permit while docked (you never bought one so that's a lie, but hey humor me, maybe?).
8-10 agents you say? Maybe if JF's were an extremely rare occurrence, they're not and your's wasn't that special, just routine business.
Care to enlighten us as to why you can't be bothered to use the skills and techniques CCP has made available to you when transporting and/or dealing with anything expensive throughout Eve? Why would you rather wail on the forums and to CCP to fix your problems for you? Can you not be bothered to make sure your route is safe before you undock?? I mean seriously.

Wow. Thanks for believing I'm on the CSM, I'll take that as a compliment. Also, you're the one who's harassing players; what, because you're so upset over the loss of internet spaceship pixels in a video game about losing internet spaceship pixels?
If you are unwilling to use game mechanics to ensure the safety of your vessel/space-stuff, then you deserved to lose it.
Only person you should be mad at is yourself.
