-Operation of energy transfer array and other energy
emission systems. 5% reduced capacitor need of energy
emission weapons per skill level.-
What weapons would be considered "energy emission weapons"? NOS and Neutralizers obviously, but what about Smartbombs? Smartbombs don't require the skill, so I'm assuming no, but does anyone know for sure?
I have a 10K smartbomb fitted to my Apoc for running lvl 4 missions, and I'd love to find a skill to reduce the cap usage of it.

The skill Energy Pulse Weapons reduced the cap usage for smartbombs iirc.

Thought it was cycle time. Smart bombs need their own spec like guns, missiles, and drones.
