There is a clichT that goes: all good things must come to an end. We in Charming Inc. have come to realize how true this is. While we fought the forces of piracy relentlessly, we have come to realize our limitations as a corp.
We were unable to get Burn Eden to fight us in a stand-up fight, all they were interested in doing was warp away from our tacklers and narrowly evade us. 
The war against S******dly went slightly better, and we managed to kill three HACs, two battleships and a dreadnaught (post your lossmails ).
We also managed to kill a TBQH ibis, to which they responded by killing one of our shuttles with a Pilgrim. Afterwards they wiped out our entire offensive fleet, which caused us to have to get our mighty logistical engine running.
But in the end, we suffered unrecoverable losses. While we thought we could be a beacon of light in a grim and heartless world, we were simply not able to match S******dly, Burn Eden or TBQH on neither an economic or sp level. The end result of this is that we are all completely broke after replacing countless lost ships and pods, and we have no other option but to close down our precious corp. Never fear, one day someone will show these cretins what determination and courage can do.

It's been a long, hard fight, but our industrial machine just couldn't keep up with our losses. There is a skull in my corp's logo I am hardcore simply outclassed us and we couldn't keep up with the losses they inflicted on us. Burn Eden and s******dly have no honour and no respect, but I wish there is a skull in my corp's logo I am hardcore all the best in the future tbqh.

So this is how you end your CEOship? You have forgotten to mention the corp theft you have committed, where are the 4bn liquid isk and 10+bn isk in assets? You have hidden behind your 'anti pirate' mask too long, ma'am. I will not let this deed go unpunished. This corporation is *not* closing
I am taking over CEOship of this corporation and I will see to it that you have the worst play experience in EVE. Not only have you backstabbed us all, you have proceeded to twist that blood smeared knife over and over.
You and your husband are now -10 and I can guarantee I will follow you wherever you go. As to you BookmarkMcInstaQueen you are obviously aiding the Charming couple and I have booted you ipso facto.
I ask for any future corps Charming couple applies to to be very wary of them both.

I can tell you where you went wrong.
When you attack someone in empire, make sure they are in Burn Eden or any of the other corps or concord will declare their own war on you.
We never saw you in space, so odds are you are just taking a **** as the Brits would say.
Not sure what you motive was for the war dec but I hope you dropped good loot, and please come again.
