Why not add how long time there is left of each fuel instead of just how much fuel there is?
That would save a lot of trouble (and panic especially when you get the mail right after a long DT lol). Very useful when you are not at the POS and you don't remember what your current fuel use is.

this probably fits under the same category as insurace emails that mean nothing... like i remember when i insured a ship to keep track of all that crap :(
*doh, I broke my edited sig :/* *cries* this signature was lacking pink, I'll provide it for you. There. Looks better doesn't it? -Eris Fixed it for you. Oh, btw, yarr! ~kieron Didn't I tell you? The damsel moved in with me, we're having a great time. - Wrangler The damsel may not be distressed any more, but how many times does the informant have to be silenced before he gets the message? - Cortes

When you insure a ship the mail telling you that the ship has been insured has a refernce number in (about 10 digits long or so i think) copy that number into your notepad and put what ship it was for.. then when the insurance expires/gets payed out the reference number is listed again so you can see which 'policy' was payed out/expired

Good idea about the time remaining for each fuel.
and why not send the mail to all people with the config starbase equipment role, rather than just to the directors?
