If your tactics are good you dont realy need a "tank" ,we used to run angel 10/10 with someone chosen to warp in first for initial aggro, and for getting plex aggro, and we put repair drones on him, domi or scorp is completely useless in a high end plex, no decent dps, and drones dont have enough range to be usefull.
Best is tempests.
Oh little edit, I was "tank" several times in my mega which tank consisted of 1 explosive hardner and a large accom repper lol.

so you are suggesting poping everythig as fast as possible bevor it pops you.. sure nice tactic.. but if your going to do it the first time i think there is no way surviving this:)

btw the the domi is not supposed to do alot of dps anyway.. its actually the scorps shieldbooster^^

Nah what he meant was any ship can take the aggro as long as all the other ships fit repair drones. 5 heavy armour maint drones repair as much as a 1 large T2 armor rep. so any ship should be able to tank a plex like that. Another option is fitting a scorp out with Gist mods. That'll cost ya close to 3+billion though.

What I meant was if youre trying to front up tank the entire stage youre doing it wrong, there are only 2 BS types in it that will shoot to 100k.
With that info you should be able to come up with a tactic that doesnt involve having to tank anything.
We used to run 10/10 angel with only 3 BS, if done correctly the only time you need the repair drones is for the very final boss.

If you can field 25 heavy drones, you can tank pretty much anything (ok, maybe not concord).

An AF does the trick usually. I tanked all stages of a 10/10 angel in an enyo setup with an AB, light tank and cap mods. Just keep the AB on, orbit the spawns at about 40km. It also helps to have some armour/shield maint drones on you for the later stages.

I've used a cerb with an AB, 2 explosive hardeners, and 2 small gisti-A type shield boosters. I never really had to run the second booster. The AB just keeps you fast enough that the little ships don't chew you up. Just run away form them and turn to stay in range.
This setup can solo the 8/10 angels except for the station on the last level which spams defenders.

While AFs and stuff are cool they lack damage which a BS can provide, Cerb may well be efficient as well, but I dont think anything does a high end plex like multiple BSs with good tactics.

When my corp does the local 7/10 we have our Absolution (used to be Zealot) do the tanking with a domi putting heavy armor rep drones on, then have 2 ravens and my alt's ferox do the dps.

I like this setup for 8/10s and 10/10s in an eagle - Support/Damage BS.
8/10
Eagle:
High: What Ever + something to get aggro (250mm rail II).
Med: 1x LSB II, 1x LSE II, 2x Invulns II, 1x Explosive Hardner II
Lows: 4x PDU II
BS:
High: 1x Large Named Energy Transfer, 1x Large Shield Transfer, Rest Guns
Meds: Enough cap mods to keep the above
Lows: Combination of cap mods (to keep the highs) and Damage mods.
10/10:
Same as above, but probably a good idea to take a heavy damage dealer.
Make the Eagle orbit the support bs at 3k and go have a blast 
Btw, For obvious reasons the bs would prefferably be one with a large drone bay, as these will be youre secondary damage output.

Train for Shield maintenance drones.
A Scorp or Raven can just grab agro with a decent tank, make sure all others stick their maint drones on the tank.
Raven + 3 Temps would probably be a group that will go through it quickly.
Raven set up as:
6x Siege w/ Banes
Best XL Shieldbooster you can get (Gist B/X-Type)
EM Hardener II
TH Hardener II
2x Invul II
Shield Booster Amp
PDUS
Drones: 5x Warrior II's and 5x Valkerie IIs to take out the little bastards
Tempests:
6x 1400mm II w/ Fusion, Large or Medium Remote shield Transfer
3x Sensor Booster II
2x Tracking Computer II
4x Gyros, DCU, Tracking Enhancer II
Drones: Heavy Shield Maintenance Bots (3)
Stick the shield transfer and shield drones on the raven and it has more than enough tank.
There's more delicate ways to go around the 10/10 and you can solo it with faction gear in a raven + another ship, but this might be a good point to start which also means you don't lose billions if something goes "**** up" :)
