I have been running missions for a L3 Q19 agent for the last several weeks. When I started (pre-patch) I was having a great time using my Tempest (perhaps a bit of overkill I know but I'm still a bit green) and enjoyed all of the missions thrown at me.
Unfortunately I have noticed quite a change in the L3 missions since the patch including: fewer mobs, leading to smaller bounties overall, fewer drops, and far worse loot from the cans that do drop. I have completed many L3 missions both pre and post such as Angel Extravaganza (excluding bonus room), Duo of Death, Eliminate the Pirate Campers, Pirate Invasion, Missing Reporters, etc. etc. My observations apply to pretty much all of them.
I am not one to complain but am just wondering if I am imagining these changes or not. I guess the bright-side is that I seem to be finishing the missions a bit quicker so overall ISK/hour may be relatively constant; but then again I haven't seen any loot over 1-2 million since the patch. 
Just looking for some feedback from the mission-running community.

It's difficult to say but I have the same impression (with L3 Q19 agent). Since I haven't made screenshots or whatever before, I con't be 100% sure. May be a side effect of the removal of the old mission stuff (courier missions), I guess... probably not done in purpose otherwise CCP (I hope) would have comminicate on this.

Hi.
yeah, i noticed some changes in lvl3 missions after patch too.
for example the very strange bonus rewards like 30 rocket launcher from a gallente agent or things like that
best one were the 700(yes, seven hundred!) civillian cargo expanders... :)

Since patch I had Massive Attack, Black Market Hub, Serpentis Spies, Missing Convoy, Seek and Destroy, Pirate Gate Campers (or similar). With these missions I can't notice any change, neither in LPs nor rewards nor loot.
