Looking mainly for an alliance that will allow me to 'rent' time in thier area for a fee. I have never been to 0.0 space and wish give it a try. I am only interested in belt rats. I am speaking for my self and not my corp. This would be just me paying for the right and protection to hunt belt rats in your area.
If there is any alliance that will do this service please contact me in game with terms/agreements and cost for me to do this.
At this point I would only like to 'rent' the space for one month. Enough to get my feet wet. I would be using a Cyclone or a Typhoon BS for the hunting.
Thank you for your time.

A few alliance rent space to corp's but not to single players its basicly WAY to much hassle,
Read the many posts on 0.0 is my advise find a quiet system to solo ( scout first ect) its easier solo, heavy warzone regions aint the best, and youll need NPC stations.
Not shure on the current status of syndicate but that would be a good place to start or simulair regions.
Or just join a 0.0 alliance...

Providence is a good bet, CVA lets practically everyone go into their space (as long as they don't start causing trouble.) They also have an outpost in their space which you can dock at for a small fee. --------------------------------- Space for rent... 5 ISK a month I traded your sig for a cookie, I did it for the cookie, the cookie - Tirg |

The best thing you can do if it is only you who is going into 0 space. Is to just go.
Look on your map for a dead end system that has no active pilots in it (maybe watch that system for a couple of days) and as long as you manage to get through the bottleneck from empire to 0 space (which is not very hard if you know what you are doing) you are home free.
Sneak through a hauler with some containers full of ammo and anchor them in a safe spot. Then you are set for several weeks.

Have a look on the alliance map for the 'gaps' they're usually good, if something of pirate havens.
Failing that, ISS maintains a few outposts in Providence, Pure Blind and Catch which are public access (admittedly, there's a small docking fee).
Catch: KDF-GY and ZXIC-7 Providence: IS-R7P (yes, this one is technically in catch, but it's right on the border) and QR-K85 P-2TTL and EC-P8R
Around Providence is a little busy at the moment, and EC-P8R is often 'hot', being right next to Torrinos.

I'd honestly recomend CVA space for it. Open skies policy as long as you don't cause trouble. On the edge of empire so its easy to get to - nice place for new players to get their feet wet.
Then again, it is still 0.0 and CVA isn't concord so you cant be too complacent.

Just go, the hardest part is getting out of the empire choke points. Lowsec is more dangerous than 0.0, more guys hanging out tanking the guns and shooting. They usually dont do that in 0.0 because there is no gate guns and it can get awful boring sitting around and waiting for one ship every 3 hours.
Most alliances dont patrol their space worth a damn, except on the main routes. If you get on an off route, dead end system, you may never see another person there. Make yourself a few nice SS's and have at it. Make sure you enter your hauler and log it off, leave your BS floating. Dont use Minmitar or Amarr, fly a gal or Caldari ship, and let me know what system your in. I can stop by and give you a hand.

My advice is to look at joining a 0.0 based corp.
I say this as I recal wanting to explore 0.0 and the corp I was in was not happy with .4 let alone the vast expance of 0.0. Making the move from my old mates was hard but that was soon forgoten when I was introduced to PVP.
If your corp mates are not intresed in following you then I would argue that you have out grown your current corp!
0.0 can be very expensive till you learn a few simple rules and more importantly have back up but on the flip side, it's very simple to make millions a day.
I wish you all the very best of luck but be aware, every one in 0.0 will potentialy kill you with out cause or reason unless they have you at green. ogh, complaining in local only makes people like me happier.
4 tips:
Have a scout! Have a clone!! Have insurance!!! Don't fly what you can't afford to loose!!!!
