So I am a new player and I started having assets in many different stations and I am looking for a ship to use it for traveling among these stations, no hauling or anything like that, just traveling. I would really like something somewhat fast that doesn't really gets affected by jump fatigue but any suggestion will do. |

You're a LOOOOONG way from having to worry about jump fatigue.
The fastest highsec station hopper is the Leopard but it's not cheap.
Each race has an interceptor that warps natively at 8 AU/s and can align quite quickly properly fit but it's not really worth training into interceptors just for that (especially for a new pilot). Beyond that, either get a cheapo shuttle or travel fit a frigate, perhaps like so:
[Merlin, travel fit I guess] Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizers I Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizers I Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizers I
[empty med slot] [empty med slot] [empty med slot] [empty med slot]
[empty high slot] [empty high slot] [empty high slot]
Small Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer I Small Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer I Small Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer I
With my skills, that will warp at 7.8 AU/s and align in 2 seconds flat -- which is pretty quick for just getting from A to B. You could likely do better with more low slots but I picked Caldari on since that's your starter race. |

Sooner or later you'll want a Blockade Runner.
Fast and as Safe as you can get. as for traveling between them Shuttle, Frigate, interceptor. |

Prowler is the best ship for moving around. Alas it is a T2 indy, requiring Minmatar industrial 5.
1) covert cloak 2) fast warp speed 3) quick into warp 4) 5k cargo
Really nice fitting options.

A ship with 6 AU warp is quite fast enough. Because most systems are not such huge - so you accelerate and decelerate most of the time and don't fly with full warp speed. To align and enter warp imediate, Low Friction Nozzle Joints RIGs and Inertia Stabs are the choice.
I guess time will come, you like to haul some little things. So a frigate with a bigger cargo bay will do better.
All four race frigates for probing are first choice regarding this (Hereon, Imicus, Probe and Magnate).
[So here an Imicus for example - Fast align and quick enter warp, warp speed 6 AU] Low Slot: Expanded Cargohold I/ II Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizers I OR Expanded Cargohold I/ II by choice Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizers I
Med Slot: Small F-S9 Regolith Shield Induction Small F-S9 Regolith Shield Induction Experimental 1MN Afterburner I Civilian Shield Booster
RIG Slot: Small Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer I Small Low Friction Nozzle Joints I Small Low Friction Nozzle Joints I |

So only Zhilia read the OP...
Wonder how that merlin fares against anything with 4 lows, having a DCU might be useful.
MWD+cloak for extra safety as well. |

Warp Speed affects acceleration into and deceleration out of warp. It definitely matters.
OP: A shuttle is cheap and not a bad choice. Something like a Slasher fit and rigged for warp speed and align time would be a good choice.
And you said you don't need to haul things, but a Prowler is an excellent traveling ship. Very fast and slippery and can do a bit of hauling if you find you need to. So if you have the skills/ISK (or will one day) it's not a bad choice either. |

Beware of smartbombers in high sec trade pipes. Don't use a shuttle or an untanked frigate if you want to dash through those areas quickly. You are a new player so we will assume you cannot fly interceptors.

Leopard shuttle. or any interceptor. or any shuttle.
If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Dramiel by far for HS travel.
Inertial stabs in lows, and Warp speed rigs. Aligns in a sec or so and warps at 12 au's with t1 rigs. Also the bonus to warp speed acceleration really help. |
