Crest Tech is now recruiting salty pirates and other experienced pilots, as well as select new flyers as we transition into a new phase of operations.
We are a very laid-back empire piracy/wardec corporation and we center our business on extorting those unfortunate or unskilled enough to land under our crosshairs. Though we are not officially a PvE corporation, such activities are permitted and sometimes encouraged to keep security status high for war combat. Mining is frowned upon and if done to excess will earn you a boot from the corp. Miners are the people we shoot, not the people we are.
Our requirements are very simple:
 At least 4 million skill points
New players are nice, and I will agree that it is fun to teach them the ins and outs of piracy, but at this point we just can't afford to have any baggage.
Capability to fly Tech 2 Frigates or Battleships.
Cruisers and Tech 1 frigates have their uses, but not here.
Willingness to dive straight to -10 and NPC back up to -1.9 when needed.
We do a variety of things, and though you will not get to -10 very fast without podding everything in sight, sometimes things get very complicated very fast, and oftentimes your prey will refuse to pay your ransom. Conversely we need to be able to fight war targets, should such a situation arise, though we have no plans to declare new wars at present.
At least some PvP experience.
Good faith only extends so far - for our current schemes to fall into place we need more members who know what they are doing. Again, training newbies can be interesting, but flying alongside veterans is usually more rewarding in the long run.
Ability to work solo or in groups.
In Crest Tech, though we are extremely laid back (and I mean extremely... join and you will find out.) and don't normally plan operations very far ahead of time. Mostly we operate out of a small area, usually within one constellation. We do not operate in Lonetrek as much of Pirate Coalition does, so we must rely on ourselves for the most part. There will not be other corp members on 100% of the time, as we all have RL issues to deal with, so the ability to work alone as well as in a group when needed is especially necessary.
Stab*****s need not apply.
If we discover that you regularly fit Warp Core Stabilizers on your ships, you will be removed promptly from the corp. Fitting to run away from a fight that is unfair to begin with is downright disrespectful to your target. Stabs gimp your setup and are going to be nerfed anyway, and the people in our area tend to blob with battleships, and usually pack 6-10 points of scrambling within their blob anyway, so stabs will only kill you faster.
