It's not your opinion, it's fact.
Anyway, with the exception of listing the wrong Weapon Upgrades skill, that got everything I could think of, with the exception of ship-specific skills like the Covert Ops skill reducing the CPU usage of a Covert Ops Cloak on a Covert Ops Frigate.

Electronics Upgrades allows you to fit CPU output increasing modules (co-processors), only effect on CPU usage is for SENSOR modules.
(basic) Weapon Upgrades decreases WEAPON MOUNT CPU usage (turrets, launchers and smartbombs only, INCLUDING all mining "lasers"), but it has no effect on CPU usage of other hislot modules (like remote repairers and such, also DOES NOT affect stripminers, as stripminers are not turrets, like all the other mining lasers)
And there's also plenty of skills that reduce CPU usage (or CPU penality) of various modules, usually the skill is a requirement to fit the module in the first place.
And then there's shipboard bonuses, like the ones you get for covops/recon, battlecruisers, carriers or mining barges, allowing you to fit otherwise un*****ble modules (covops cloak, warfare links, drone control units, stripminers, respectively).
Other than that, nope, no other CPU increasing/decreasing stuff, AFAIK __ Always question everything. Including yourself. |

Thanks for the input, but I wrote this thread expressly for the purposes of asking what those "plenty" of skills are.
Can you name some of them?

Hmmz... funny you should ask... apparently just one more, "Mining Upgrades" :)
You're right... all the others give grid bonuses, these seem to be the only two with CPU bonuses, and that one the only with CPU penality reducing effect. __ Always question everything. Including yourself. |
