CCP wants to implement some changes. First to know are the CSM members. Some of the CSM members are in high command of big blocks. They cannot share this information but they can use it to prepare their alliances , making proper changes earlier. https://soundcloud.com/sludgefaces2n/s2n-alliance-meeting-01312015 Starting from 3:22 "im on the CSM , i gotta know what they are (...) we have to continue adjusting"
CCP with all the current issues nullsec is facing , why only alliances that have access to CSM members are promoted. Can we get also some dev blog that will summarize incoming changes , so all other groups also can make necessary changes to their structures before those changes hit?
What i want for all eve players is equal chance. CCP all players deserve this equal chance. |

Sorry this is not about  It is about giving the same information to all people.
CSM member , in alliance leadership openly confirmed: - that there will be changes - he knows what they will be - he cannot tell what they are - we need to continue changes
This is not to cause drama, just ask CCP for a devblog.
Informations are already out and used by some groups to prepare - because of this please CCP give us the same information. |

Of course you know the difference between stuff that is from meeting minutes, and stuff that CSM members know?
You have on this recording CSM member that is openly confirming that CSM knowledge is being used to make "necessary changes to alliance"
He is not telling any one. Please stop trolling.
What i only ask is someone from CCP that will state if every player can have equal chance to "know and prepare"

OP you seem to misunderstood the nature of an NDA.
You can not "prepare" (as you say) an whole alliance to something without communication. If you do so you will break the NDA. And you will be expelled from the CSM.
You can however make small adjustments in your doctrines or your politics without telling anybody why. That's right. The easy way out: Let yourself vote into the CSM. Then you have all the informations.
But seriously: Nay to "the players need to know everything". Because there would be fires and pitchforks every other week. |

Yes, people with information will use information. That more changes are coming to 0.0 is no secret. And surely there are other leaders than Nulli leaders in CSM. |

Actually you can prepare alliance , and partially members. - by moving in the proper place, - build / install proper stuff - have proper supply - make changes in structure and organization - etc.

Not every one wants it, and CSM should be not about : getting info before others, and using it for your own benefit. This is what this CSM member doing.
I don't argue if this is good , or bad - this topic is not about this, also players are not the ones that can judge if this is good way to use CSM informations.
What i want is simple DEV blog from CCP, that will give us the same informations, or some pointers - because simply , for me , all players deserve it.

Again every one knows. CSM member states that information is used to make harnesses changes in alliance.
We can all agree on this , no one is shocked.
This topic is only to ask CCP for a DEV blog , so every one else can also prepare. Thats it. |

Not because they can't respond informatively, but what do you expect them to say. Of course the only response they could put in writing would be "Yes, in terms of the use of information, all players have equal chance and the CSM members are subject to an NDA".
What else could they post, even if in reality other things are possible?

If you care to find my topic , i was and i am still trying to get some null and sov changes. This is not about to make some scandal. We are talking about CSM , every one know, but now CSM member confirmed this openly. There cannot be any scandal about this information.
I want to just get DEV blog : Sov and Nullsec changes.
This don't have to be as detailed as CSM members know, just information what way CCP went. I already put the same topic to reddit, as many DEV's are active there.
I don't see reason why ISD would lock this topic.

MOON GOO INCIDENT!
And yes, the CSMs alliances got a head start on mining the new super isk printing moons. Many of the corps CSMs were friends with totally picked up sticks and Moved to entirely new systems where the new ISKmoons were before release cuz... reasons
This is why today there are soooo many Supers/titans in the game and errrybody just dropped it like its hot. All cuz the gazillions of isk from moongoo.
And google this, its a well cited fact you can google that CSMs buddies got a head start.

Go read DJ Funkies blog/twitter. **** the csm Sorry if you want to tell how CSM is bad, find another one or make another topic.
I posted this one , as in my opinion, every player deserve informations about incoming nullsec and sov changes. Reason is very simple. It will affect whole EVE, many players, also me dedicated a lot of time to fight the big blocks and coalitions, so all unused space in eve can be used by smaller groups. Yet big block , know have this information earlier and are preparing for it.
So please stop posting about how CSM is bad / good. If you also think this information should be make more public - please post here simple "support" to keep this topic visible.
Thank you. |

THAT I can not left standing. I did not write anything like that.
It is in the nature of the thing that the members of the CSM know things that other players did not know. But it is a very important line between knowing something and acting on it!
That out of the way:
The will be a dev blog when the time is right. I get the impression that there are plans and ideas how to change sov, but there is actually nothing decided, implemented, or tested.

I think this kind of situation should be monitor closely by CCP. If EVE policy is base on everyplayers is equal. When some players got important informations before another players it gave them more advantage . question is
- How do we know that players who got this information don't use this information to make them more advantage ?
- what is the protocal that should prevents this situations to happens ?
- When this situation happens , when another players or corps had got effect from this. What actions that CCP would do to make justice for everyplayers.
As a real life this situaton is look like "insiders trades" in stock market .When high rank peoples got important information before ordinary stock holders . They know what will happens in the next weeks or tomorrow so they took actions before another people. It is very hard to find evedence for take actions or punish anyone whi violate the rules.
But finally as a real life too. Nothing will happen people who got advantage still exists nothing gonna change. CCP will do nothing and this topic will be lock.

Unless clear evidence is put forward showing some abuse, then good luck to the CSM members.
If you are so concerned about the integrity of the members, what did you do during their candidacy to be sure that you would be happy with them as CSM members if elected?
Just another case of not doing anything yourself to know who you might be voting for and then questioning the system after the event.
Take some responsibility for your own inaction if you want to go slinging mud.

You're the one who thinks that it is, so you do it. Breaking an NDA is a serious ethical and contractual violation. It will go on your public record and future employers will see it as an indication that you are untrustworthy. I don't think people are generally willing to take that risk just to help out their internet spaceship alliance.
Reminder: CCP thinks you have no right to your alliance logos.
