Update: Caldari corps slowly hemmoraging members. Plex fights continue to be fun, but offer no other real incentive.
Enaluri fell, but Caldari continue to give no fucks as it changes nothing.
The real problem is Caldari corps continuing to live spread apart, in campable lowsec, unable to support one another unless it's peak time, or pirates/WT's simply don't care enough to be there. When they do care, it's either nidhoggur reps without aggression on station, or WT's providing more #'s on a daily basis to hold the field most of the time.
A simple move 2j to ichoriya would have fixed most of the problems, but alas...epeens are too strong to listen to reason. Hopefully my leaving (lol after a month, who cared anyway) might be a catalyst for others to take charge in a manner that people will listen to. My polite suggestion didn't go very far this time...seeya in 0.0 (again).
*edit* and the whole "move to ichoriya thing" had it's drawbacks and benefits, but the main problem is the vast majority refusing to go to a single place. Current #'s do not allow for a single militia to have corps in Hysera, Ichoriya, Rakkapas, Enaluri + random other spots...1-2 would have been fine.
In the end, people will do their own thing, and vote with their feet. My vote is in |

I'd hafta say I agree on this. Just last night we were talking about how we've seen militias get stronger and weaker over the years. Some people stay and ride it out, while others get bored and leave. Time for some new blood to shake things up in FW. |

Why would someone move to a system with rest of the people when general attitude was always "I dont give a ****" and numbers would been completely irrelevant because people would rather go grind missions and leave Enaluri than fight there or next door?
And yet in militia chat, i'm the bad guy for bluntly telling people the painful facts. But hey, what do I know about pvp. my corp of 4-5 active people only has about 300 kills this month... |

Achieving anything in Eve usually requires doing a serious effort. Frogs do not play this game casually so why do some Caldari insist on fighting them with half-hearted and casual effort. Or worse, treating war targets as virtual friends who you can have a chit-chat with. |

Wait.
I am always seeing you in the thick of all the factional warfare discussions 'weighing in' and mentioning 'your fights with the Caldari and Amarr' as if you have made even an effort in this war one way or another (aside ofcourse than massive forum posts left and right and arguing with anyone willing to engage you in conversation).
Looking at your Stats on the killboards (I would link them but people really should look them up themselves for a full grasp of what I am saying). I feel obligated to ask: exactly what is your role in these grand conflicts between the empires? aside from running level fours in intaki and losing the occasional hulk. Where exactly do you fit into any of these factional warfare discussions?
Because judging by all your input into these FW threads one would be easily convinced you are a great Gallente leader fighting for your cause, leading warriors into battle and sharing blood and victory on the fields of Gallente conflict.
I mean you got the Gallente warpaint on your face the neat looking Officer shirt and the Gallente Insignia in your background not to mention that 'For the Federation" look on your face all the time please do tell us. Curious minds want to know. What exactly is your role in these conflicts? |

Last time he was in FW it went something like this:
- Damar is spotted in Intaki - Andreus rages in local - Andreus rolls his corp to militia - After next DT, Damar is seen camping customs office Andreus likes to use. - Andreus removes Mixed metaphor from Gallente militia - Andreus ragelogs until next dt.

Actually, it went more like this:
- Damar is spotted in Intaki - Andreus reports this to plexing channel - Damar does nothing - Andreus continues doing what he normally does - Andreus spots Damar camping the customs office he likes to use, doesn't care - Damar goes GCC on Andreus, obviously cares more - Damar fails to kill Andreus' hauler - Andreus continues doing what he normally does - Damar swears to ILF he will "liberate" Intaki for the Caldari - He doesn't Andreus Anthony LeHane Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor

Well, the factual account of what actually happened is above.
Fact is, I was doing FW one and a half years before you even joined the game. My corp was responsible for recapturing the first FW system ever captured by an enemy (Odamia). We were a pretty damn competent PvP force and I used to lead roams - that's how I actually got most of my corp membership back then. Oh, I also participated heavily in the grand liberation of Gallente space from Caldari occupation in early 2010 (you know, when Damar was constantly assuring us that he didn't want those systems anyway) - but again, that was a little before your time. I'll forgive you for not knowing - most people also don't remember, for instance, that one of our closest blues, Duty., was responsible for training the vast majority of the successful corps in the early Caldari militia. Ironically, most of these selfsame corps left CalMil because they were "sick of the attitude of certain members" - wonder who that could be?
Basically, the main reason I quit FW is because I didn't want to turn EVE Online - that is, a game I pay a monthly subscription for to have fun - into a pissing contest where I was spending ten hours a day spinning buttons. Besides, there's no real need for extra people in the FW systems right now - Caldari occupancy is getting utterly roflstomped by the Gallente and to be honest that's all I care about. I get my PvP kicks from roams with blues (I've been doing a lot of those recently) and I get my ISK in a large number of ways, none of which involve orbiting a button for twenty minutes.
I am satisfied that I liberated Intaki once, and Damar has subsequently tried and failed at three major pushes to recapture it - two of which the Gallente militia themselves were certain would succeed until the very last minute. That's more than enough for me.
Oh, and on another note, I'm glad you noticed the look I'm going for. It's flattering to note a man as manly and macho as yourself still has enough of an eye for fashion to understand a motif when he sees one. Perhaps you should consider getting a navy blue dress shirt for yourself - I have one I can sell you on the cheap. Andreus Anthony LeHane Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor

I was willing to let it go at your previous statement and take it at face value. But since you are going to start saying things like the above I am going to start asking for API verfied killmails to back up your claims. If mixed metphor was such a decisie presence in FW please provide killmails to support this claim.
Looking at your past few months you lost a hulk and the last actual kills you got were Sansha in incursion fleets. Back it up. |

This was in mid-to-late 2008. Like I said, way before your time so I'm not surprised you don't remember it - I'm also not surprised you're talking as if you're an expert on what happened back then (you aren't).

Damar keeps trolling because he is so utterly butthurt about the fact that he cant beat the gallente anymore. He fled with his tail between his legs to Amarr space to fight with Amarr that already outnumber the Minmatar by 3 to 1 and also Minmatar has a lot of new players that dont know how to pvp and are easy targets for him.
So in other words: Damar is a coward and left Caldari. He has no longer the right to talk on Caldari Militia behalf.

Well, firstly, "harassment" is a pretty misleading and melodramatic term for what happens to you. Secondly, have you ever considered that stuff like this happens because of the way you treat people around you? Your terrible attitude and legendary lack of respect for your enemies is well-known even among people who know nothing about FW, but a whole lot of sources within the Caldari militia or ex-CalMil members, including a former member of PERVS inform me that your anger management problem and your disrespect actually extends into mistreatment of your allies and your own corp members as well.

Why should I respect my enemies (gallente militia in this case) when they started personal attacks way back when I was just a grunt in the militia? I can be cordial to Matar since they have never accused me of pedophilia or called me something which comes from a dog's arse.

Oh, spare me the melodramatic whining. If you can't handle smacktalk, you really shouldn't be playing EVE. Furthermore, if every member of the Gallente militia can be held responsible for what a few idiots say, then the inverse is true and we can most certainly hold you responsible for every stupid thing the Caldari militia say. Besides, what happened to maturity?
Oh, that's right, this is the same guy who was openly accusing Gallente militia members of performing sexual acts on donkeys. Forget I asked.
It's not the Caldari militia itself - at one point there were a number of fine, upstanding corporations running with the squids. But all the people I used to respect in the Caldari militia have been gone a long, long time, and curiously enough there seems to be efforts by the current crop of malcontents and ingrates to forget they existed entirely.
