I have to say the Oneiros finally performs as well as it's guardian brother bringing cap chain free reps to the gang. Only reason to bring a guardian now is for energy transfers I think (which is still a great reason to have guardians).

This base fit does so much! 70/80/90/72 em/the/kin/exp resists with 40k ehp 636 m/s, 810 m/s overheated with new buffed sig radius of 70m! Cap stable with everything running, tracking link! ECCM! and the fit can be tweaked easily.
Of course if you can get a boosting damnation or legion in your fleet then fit EM and Thermal harderners instead of EANM for 83/89/89/70 resists with boosts, and Claymore will bump speed up to 748/978 m/s while dropping sig to 47m
edit: forgot to mention, requires logi V obviously but here's a logi IV tweak that works and lets you ***** km's too

You'd probably do better with remote repair augmentors than with CCC's. 20% bonus instead of 15%. Go ahead and check the numbers if you're curious. |

With Remote repair augmentors rigs you would be even more cap stable, but firstly cap stable is cap stable, only threat then is neuting in which case will really mean one or 2 extra cycles from a neut to cap you out, and secondly RR rigs are armor rigs so you suffer speed penalties unlike the CCC's which have no drawbacks. Goes from 636 m/s to 566 m/s with armor rigs :(. |

A few comments: - Those Onys have 3-3.5 reps. An Ony should easily be able to sport 4 T2s. - Those Onys have 3-3.5 reps. A Guardian should easily be able to sport 4-5 Solace Reps. This is an ENORMOUS difference in rep output. - That Ony is buffer tanked, and armor doesn't regen like shields do. You WILL be quickly driven from the field as a solo Logi because you have absolutely no way to claw back your own HP (not even natural recharge). - Armor gangs tend to be fairly static and don't require a whole bunch of moving around. The idea of an "Armor Scim" is kinda meh. :(

As far as 3.5 reps goes you can adjust/tweak the fit for 4 reps stable with RCU's and remote armor rigs. Also Guardians are generally limited by CPU/Grid as well so have trouble fitting 4-5 reps and go either 3.5 or 4.5 depending on transfers if tanked similarly unless you t2 rig it. Though if you have more than one logi, usually rep output isn't the limiting factor and missing that extra rep compared to having enough buffer to survive.
Also this if fitted with the idea of having either another Oneiros or Guardians on the field as well. The old Oneiros didn't have the same survivability of the Guardian. Obviously armor doesn't regen and armor fleets are more static, however smaller sig and more speed means WEEEE! When you get primaried I dont' think you should sit still with the rest of your fleet to make it easier for the enemy. Also, even if shields regen, any solo scimi that gets starts taking fire will get pushed off the field as well. By the time they regen enough to come back your fleet would be dead as well. |

So if I read your comments correctly: - Your fits are for large gangs where the performance of an individual logi is not important. - The Ony now fields about as much tank as the Guardian. - The Ony isn't as dependent on cap transfer. It also has no defense against neuting. - The Guardian reps more. - The Guardian has energy transfers and is more capable of dealing with neuting.
Basically, my point is that if you're a solo logi you shouldn't be buffer fit. You'll just get demolished if the gangs you face are too big or you'll get pushed off the field - either by the enemy or by sentry fire. FWIW, a deadspace fit active tank Ony is looking pretty sexy to me right now -- but then we come back to the point of that most small gangs shield tank for the mobiligy. Which is to say, that particular role is significantly less useful with armor.

This is my new Oneiros fits
Fit one: It is cap stable and has 47k ehp, it is 3% over on PG but i have the implant for that but if you dont just drop a couple rep down to meta 4 =)
Fit two: It is like an armor scimi but better in a couple of ways and not as good in a few others. It has a MWD and has 39kEHP but to fit it all you have to cap boost, it goes 1500m/s and has an eccm i think it looks fairly solid but am yet to test it so my judgement is saved until then
