"at the end of your turn you may look at the top card of any market. You may then place that card at the bottom of that market"
does "any" mean i can look&put down from both my market and the opponent's market or
any meaning ONE of the two?

The wording is a bit nebulous, but the low cost of the structure, coupled with its income and shield boosts, leads me to read it as only one market peek per turn.

Actually, it's a fairly simple question; all of the effects go onto the pile, and resolve i nthe order you choose. So with 3, for example, it looks like this:
Resolve Lab 1: Look at top card of your deck. You decide to put it on the bottom.
Resolve Lab 2: Look at top card of your deck. You decide to keep it on the top.
Resolve Lab 3: Looking at your top card is now pointless, as you'll only see the same card you saw with lab #2. So instead, you might as well look at your opponent's.
Essentially, multiples are great but as soon as you find a card you want, they aren't much use for your own deck manipulation anymore.
Edit: Misread your question, sorry :P Yep, you can only do one of them. 'Any' is a fairly standard term. It's quantified by the use of 'the' in the preceeding sentence. So, you pick either or, not both, as AZ said above.
