After Tux his idea/concept to create smaller gang blobs, i came up with an idea of a Gang Interaction Field Emitter (GIFE)

A Minmatar engeneer working on a so called Cyno-field fitted "Sleipnir" Command ship dropped a vate of Hydrogen isotopes over an active Command module, Causing a huge field to be generated by the module harming no one, But several station systems were to be reset.
The local station representative was speaking of a miracle no one was injured.
Further investigation by officials and inmeadiate called in sienctists about the cause of the field and it posseble side effect on human health is in full progres.
What was odd to mention that an Amarr Bestower class wess forced out of the station after the commanding captain "seems" to looking in the hangar after they closed it down.

The actual Emmitting Highslot module works in conjunction with the new and/or old command modules
This GIFE Module has an effect radius of 10 Km (10 Km extra per ship lvl skill)
There is one GIFE emitter for each race and use the racial ice mineral as fuel
Gives max velocity bonus -100 %
The emmitting Commandship cannot lock and cannot be locked
and the GIFE Gang module bonusses are not boosted by skill lvl, but a ship bonus
and the catch is that a other commandship cannot generate a field inside and its modules are penalized by 50-75% making it almost worthless to be inside the field
and the field decloackes all cloacked ships

GIFE Conjunction Gunnery assist modules ( 2ndgeneration Gallente command modules)
modules of this kind seems to have a drawback on GIFE modules of other races but increases the signature radius of non gang members inside the field

Advanced motion prediction +2% All Turret tracking speed bonus per module
Advanced turret trajectory indicator +5% falloff on all turrets
Advanced turret trajectory visebility +5% max range on turrets

GIFE Conjunction Missle control assist module (2nd genration Caldari command modules)
Modules of this kind seems to have a drawback on GIFE modules of other races
increases the signature radius of non gang members inside the field

Missle parry grid 5% Dmg & ROF increase on Defenders and FoF missles
Missle smart interlink 5% flight time increase
Missle smart prediction 5% Explotion radius & speed

Smart idT tho some things i think is nessary to change it :P

First off, 10km - with lvl 5 - 50km. Is to little, if u have a command ship in a small gang, the module really need to be good, to be in use, As the command ship will be "usless with this module activated". I rather have a command ship that can shoot then not shoot. So if this module would work,

Make it 20-60 with skills insteed, or even higher, all up to 100km.
Will make it more usefull i do think!
